Studies On Countermeasures To Prevent The Poor People From Returning To Being Poverty In Ulanqab City

In the long process of poverty alleviation and development,China has been insisting on improving the economy of impoverished areas,leading the poor people out of poverty and becoming rich,and resolutely winning the battle against poverty.On February 25,2021,President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping solemnly announced at the National Poverty Alleviation Summary and Commendation Conference that through the joint efforts of the whole Party and the people of all ethnic groups,at the important moment of the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China,Chinese poverty alleviation battle has achieved comprehensive victory,all 98.99 million rural poor people under the current standard have been lifted out of poverty,all 832 poverty-stricken counties have been removed,and all 128,000 impoverished villages have been get out of the poor list.A miracle on earth that shines in the annals of history! However,there are still some poor households in China who have been lifted out of poverty with low quality and unstable poverty alleviation,which may lead to the risk of returning to poverty.Therefore,how to achieve long-term stability of the poverty-stricken population and improve the sustainability of the poverty-alleviation effect has become a new problem that needs to be solved urgently.It is from this point of view that I discusses how to formulate and implement effective policies and measures to prevent the returning to being poverty in the current implementation process of Ulanqab City’s current poverty prevention work.By using the measures of questionnaires and interviews onpotential return-to-poverty populations in some towns in Ulanqab City,to find out the effective countermeasures and suggestions for preventing the return of poverty in Ulanqab City.When exploring and proposing countermeasures and suggestions to prevent poverty from returning to poverty,I pay more attention to the research on the improvement of the poverty-stricken households,and proposes countermeasures to solve the employment problem of the poverty-stricken households,so as to further promote the sustainable development of the poverty-stricken households,and also provide further research and discussion for other scholars some reference ideas.
