Due to the economic globalization of science and technology,the development of logistics industry has been paid more and more attention by countries and regions.Although the logistics industry started late in China,the "One Belt And One Road" initiative has promoted the trade and cultural exchanges between countries and China,and promoted the development and progress of the logistics industry.So far,the logistics is a basic,strategic,and support the development of the national economy industry,the origin of the logistics infrastructure is a basic guarantee for the development of modern logistics industry,is the necessary premise to realize the development of modern logistics,and realize the regional trade,promote the development of all kinds of industries and industry gathered themselves together,and stimulate the economy,promote the premise condition of poverty reduction.Kashgar region of xinjiang uygur autonomous region as "area" initiative important node of city road,connecting the main carrier of domestic and foreign economic and trade exchanges,will drive the local economic development,can better ease or even solve the poverty problem in kashgar region for a long time,resulting in xinjiang kashgar region the development of the logistics infrastructure is particularly important.This paper summarizes the analysis of the predecessors' research on the analysis of the logistics infrastructure,then combined with the research area,this paper combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,analyzed the current situation of the development of kashgar region logistics infrastructure,compared to get although the kashgar region logistics infrastructure development is far,but its compared with itself,with great leap ascension.On this basis,this paper selects relevant indicators of logistics and transport infrastructure construction from four perspectives,including the economic basis of logistics and transport infrastructure,the supply index of logistics and transport infrastructure to social development,the demand index of social development to logistics and transport infrastructure,and the effectiveness index of logistics and transport infrastructure,including: Industrial production x1,the added value of the third industry x2 x3,the whole society fixed asset investment,at the end of the traffic mileage x4,x5,x6 complete traffic highway completed traffic volume and cargo car ownership x7,such as the annual freight turnover by 8 17 indicators to measure the development of the logistics infrastructure,first using the principal component analysis(pca)principal components extracted from four aspects respectively,then use Eviews software analysis,build VAR econometric model,separately ADF unit root test,Cointegration test,Granger causality test,impulse response function and so on carries on the analysis results are as follows: 1.From the Angle of the economic foundation of logistics transportation infrastructure,kashgar region logistics transportation infrastructure construction have two-way promoting relations between economic base and poverty reduction effect,the more solid economic foundation,logistics transportation infrastructure means that the greater the scale of logistics infrastructure,technology is advanced,operating costs,the greater the would lead to a large proportion of the poor employment,reduce the incidence of poverty;2.From the Angle of logistics transportation infrastructure for the supply of social development,from the point of empirical results,topromote the role of the residents' per capita net income of results is not obvious,because the kashgar region in poor areas in our country,the geographical position is relatively remote,transportation facilities is not perfect,for the development of economy is not a size,so,in kashgar region,logistics transportation infrastructure for the supply of social development from the aspects of a not very good promote local economic development,so that the pulling effect of poverty reduction is not enough,but can be seen from the results of Granger causality test,when the per capita net income of residents improved,Will provide the corresponding economic security to the logistics transportation infrastructure,and promote the improvement of supply;3.From the perspective of social development's demand for logistics and transportation infrastructure,there is a two-way relationship between social development's demand for logistics and transportation infrastructure and residents' per capita net income,but the effect is not significant enough from the analysis of variance.4.From the perspective of the effectiveness of logistics and transportation infrastructure,the two are Granger causality,promoting and influencing each other.Therefore,from these perspectives,countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward for the early realization of poverty reduction in kashgar...
