Research On The Countermeasures To Promote Development Of Rice Industry In Fangzheng County

Rice,as one of the main grains of Chinese residents,plays a very important role in meeting the needs of consumers and ensuring food security.With the improvement of China's economic development level,consumers put forward higher demands for rice products,which has become an important opportunity for the development of rice industry.Heilongjiang Province is an important grain production area of rice in China.Meanwhile,Fangzheng county is one of the main rice production areas in Heilongjiang Province.The rice industry has a good foundation for development,with unique natural conditions,social services and technical advantages for rice production.Fangzheng County,known as the "hometown of selenium rich rice in China",has built a provincial high standard modern agricultural science and technology park for selenium rich rice,whose rice products are sold to many places in the country and even some overseas countries.The rice industry in Fangzheng county has a unique natural and social development environment,and the industrial development trend is good.In 2019,the brand value of Fangzheng rice has reached 11.418 billion yuan,600000 mu of selenium rich rice is planted in the whole county,more than half of the rice planting area in the whole county.This study introduces rice industry in Fangzheng county from production,processing,sales and service system.It finds that rice industry in Fangzheng county is facing difficulties,e-commerce platform is developing slowly,scientific research capacity is lacking,mechanization level is low and rice planting talents are lacking.This study uses AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the rice industry competitiveness of Fangzheng County,from four dimensions of production factors,scale,efficiency,demand factors and government mechanism.Finally,it finds that the overall score of rice industry competitiveness of Fangzheng county is 77.11,which is in a good situation,but there is still a certain gap with Wuchang rice and Qing'an rice.In order to solve the problems existing in the d evelopment of rice industry in Fangzheng county and further improve the competitiveness of rice industry,this study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of rice industry from the perspectives of improving the planting links,improving the rice processing level,rectifying the market environment,increasing the investment in rice industry and relying on scientific and technological forces,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the development of rice industry.At the same time,as the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of rice industry at the county level,it also has important reference value for the development of rice industry in other regions.
