Research On The Selection Of Differentiated Suppliers Based On Material Classification

With the increasingly fierce market competition in globalization,the competition among individual enterprises has gradually increased to the competition among supply chains.In this context,suppliers have become an indispensable factor in the construction of competitiveness of enterprises.It is very important for enterprises to choose appropriate methods for effective selection and management of suppliers.From the perspective of material classification,this thesis studies the selection and management of supplier differentiation in manufacturing enterprises under the environment of supply chain.First of all,from the two dimensions of material value and supply risk,a material classification index system is established,and a material classification model which combines Kraljic matrix,support vector machine and grid search is constructed.According to the model,materials are divided into strategic materials,leverage materials,general materials and bottleneck materials.On this basis,the four kinds of materials are analyzed in detail.Secondly,according to the classification results of materials,the types of suppliers are determined,the characteristics and management strategies of different types of suppliers are analyzed,and then a differentiated supplier evaluation and selection is proposed.First,a comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed,and then when different types of suppliers are evaluated and selected,the evaluation indexes and their weights are differentiated according to the different characteristics of the materials they supply,and different suppliers are selected through TOP SIS method.Finally,taking company C as an example,the material classification model and differentiated supplier evaluation and selection method proposed in this thesis are used to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the model and method.Supplier selection and management is a key part of supply chain management.Doing well in supplier selection and management has a positive role in promoting the efficiency of supply chain.The "differentiation" proposed in this thesis makes supplier selection and management more targeted,and can achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of the whole supply chain.
