Nowadays,purchasers are easy to get the supplier information including production and contact information via Internet,exhibitions as well as We Chat group.It is quite important to select the right ones from so many suppliers which could well match the current needs of enterprise development.Therefore,to improve the core competitiveness,enterprise should make a good selection and evaluation of suppliers,keep a stable and long-term relationship with the supplier,which also conforms to the fact that some enterprises in the market chose to deeply bind with their upstream suppliers,annual centralized purchase suppliers,platform cooperation suppliers,etc.Under this general background,thesis takes the selection of material procurement suppliers for the preparation period of S Hotel as the research object.It bases on the fact that S Hotel Group has opened 10 five-star hotels already,and during the preparation period of Shenyang Hotel,the material procurement cycle did not match with the project progress.Combining with the actual situation,and via sorting out the first-hand data and internal interview methods,thesis will find out the problems and conduct cause analysis of material procurement in supplier selection to confirm the root cause that there is a lack of a perfect supplier selection and evaluation method during the preparation period of S Hotel.Thesis establishes a stable and long-term cooperation model for supplier selection including the target,evaluation model as well as the classification and hierarchical management.Through the fuzzy evaluation method and the analytic hierarchy process method,the supplier selection evaluation model of 5 first level indicators and 14 second level indicators was selected by means of multi-dimensional internal experts,providing scientific evaluation basis for the supplier selection of the preparatory stores under S Hotel,and selecting the most suitable supply.
