In 2020,the central document No.1 pointed out that one of the key objectives is to win the battle against poverty and achieve the grand goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.At present, there are about 14 million migrant workers in Anhui province all year round, including 1625000 poor people, whose income is an important source of income. With the steady progress of urbanization construction in China,by the end of 2018,the urbanization rate of Anhui resident population has reached 54.69%,indicating that more farmers choose to go out for non-agricultural employment, and the proportion of farmers' wage income in total income has increased year by year. Therefore, for a long time in the future, farmers engaged in non-agricultural work is the only way out of poverty and increase income in rural areas. However, migrant farmers have encountered a series of difficulties and challenges in their employment. It is difficult to solve the current problems by relying solely on the farmers themselves. How to make farmers quickly find non-agricultural work to improve their income is a common problem for the government and farmers.Based on the relevant theories and the research results of scholars at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the impact of human capital investment on Farmers' non-agricultural income, and on this basis,it conducts a questionnaire survey on three representative cities in Anhui Province, through descriptive statistical analysis and the construction of logistic empirical model, and finally according to the research conclusion And the actual situation of Anhui Province, from the government, business, family three angles put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The main contents of this paper are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.Based on the introduction of the research background and significance, this paper introduces the research content and methods,as well as the innovation and shortcomings. The second chapter is the concept definition and theoretical basis. This paper mainly introduces what is human capital investment and farmers' non-agricultural income, and introduces the theoretical basis of this study. The third chapter is the impact mechanism of human capital investment on Farmers' non-agricultural income.Based on "internal effect" and "spillover effect",this chapter explains the impact mechanism of human capital investment on Farmers' non-agricultural income scale and income structure from the macro level, and then explains the impact mechanism of various dimensions of human capital investment on Farmers' non-agricultural income from the micro level. The fourth chapter is the analysis of human capital investment and farmers' non-agricultural income. It mainly makes descriptive statistics on the questionnaire data, shows the scale and development trend of human capital investment and farmers' non-agricultural income in the form of charts, and summarizes the existing problems. The fifth chapter is the empirical analysis of the impact of human capital investment on Farmers' non-agricultural income.First, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are analyzed. Then, the non-agricultural income of farmers is taken as the explanatory variable, and nine variables such as basic education investment and health care investment are taken as explanatory variables. Then,a multi classification logistic model is constructed according to the variables.Through the model estimation, the positive impact of basic education investment, marriage status and labor migration investment is obtained, while the negative impact of education and gender is obtained ?The sixth chapter is the conclusion and suggestions.According to the conclusion of the model analysis in chapter five, from the different dimensions of thermal capital investment, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the increase of farmers' non-agricultural income.
