Research On Effect Of Interest Linkages Of Leisure Agriculture Industry On Farmers' Income Increase

Nowadays,the number of enterprises and farmers participating in leisure agriculture in China is constantly increasing.Multi-form interests linkages have been formed between enterprises and farmers.Interest linkage is the core issue of the industrialization of leisure agriculture.Only by establishing a relatively stable and reasonable interest connection between enterprises and farmers can we truly achieve "benefit sharing and risk sharing",ensure the fairness and effectiveness of benefit distribution,thereby promoting the healthy development of leisure agriculture and the continuous growth of farmers' income.Based on the development status of leisure agriculture nationwide,this article first outlines the overall development characteristics and trends of 119 leisure agriculture demonstration sites established by Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in terms of regional development differences,asset scale,and annual profit.Then it summarizes the operation mode of the leisure agriculture demonstration site and the interests linkages of enterprises and farmers,discusses the relationship between the characteristics of the demonstration site and the income of the employed farmers.Secondly,it selects Liyang City,a representative area,to conduct field surveys and interviews to see the current status of the interests linkages operation between enterprises and farmers in local leisure agricultural industry,including the business entities,industry types,and the situation of farmers' driving.Through descriptive analysis and model analysis,the multiple regression model and the binary logistic regression model are constructed from the perspective of farmers' income and participation behaviors to explore the impact of the linkages of interests on farmers' income and the factors that affect farmers' participation in interest linkages,identify the existing problems,and put forward targeted measures to improve the interests linkages between leisure agricultural enterprises and farmers,and enhance farmers' income.Research indicates:(1)The research shows that the reasonable interest linkages between leisure agricultural enterprises and farmers can effectively increase local farmers' income.However,indicators such as regional development level affecting the development of leisure agriculture,annual profits,scale of assets,the proportion of sales revenue of agricultural products are not the determinants of farmers' income.Farmers' income depends on their factor inputs and the benefit distribution method with the enterprise.(2)Through investigation and analysis,farmers' educational level,employment experience,family population,whether they have sufficient resources,whether they work in leisure agricultural enterprises,whether they operate independently,whether they work in agriculture,or whether they work in non-leisure agricultural enterprises have a significant positive impact on the household income of farmers.Among them,the positive impact of farming,self-employment,and employment in non-leisure agricultural enterprises on the household income of farmers is greater than that of farmers' employment in leisure agricultural enterprises,indicating that there is still room for further improvement of leisure agricultural enterprises in driving farmers.(3)Through In-depth analysis using data mining,educational level of farmers,employment experience,whether they have sufficient resources,village collective attitude,perception of the driving role of enterprises and risk awareness have a significant impact on farmers' participation in the interests linkages with leisure agricultural enterprises.Among them,risk awareness has a negative and inhibitory impact on the participation behavior of farmers,and education level,employment experience,whether they have sufficient resources,village collective attitude,the perception of the driving role of enterprises have a significant positive effect on the participation behavior of farmers.The overall judgment holds that the interests linkages of leisure agricultural enterprises and farmers have the following problems: leisure agricultural enterprises are small in scale and weak in driving ability;the awareness level and participation ability of farmers is weak,which is not suitable for the needs of enterprises;the interests linkages between enterprises and farmers are unreasonable,and the income of farmers is relatively small.According to the research results,this article puts forward policy recommendations to promote the mutual benefit sharing between leisure agricultural enterprises and farmers from four aspects: expanding and strengthening leisure agricultural leading enterprises,enhancing their driving ability;Innovating the forms of interest linkages and improving the distribution of benefits;strengthening government incentives and guidance,organizing vocational training for farmers;establishing and improving the supervision mechanism to ensure the reasonable income of farmers.
