Z Property Insurance Company’s Performance Evaluation Based On Performance Prism Model Research On System Construction

In recently,people’s awareness of insurance has increased,which has promoted the rapid development of the insurance industry.At the same time,the development of the Internet economy has given birth to Internet-based insurance companies,intensifying competition in the insurance industry,and insurance companies are in a situation where opportunities and challenges coexist.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the performance evaluation system of insurance companies.Applying the performance prism model to the insurance company’s performance evaluation system can balance financial indicators and non-financial indicators,and according to the company’s strategic goals,from the five dimensions of multiple important stakeholders,establish a performance evaluation suitable for the insurance company’s own development Model,so as to strengthen internal management and improve the overall strength of the company.According to the advantages of performance prism model in performance evaluation,this paper studies the application of performance prism model in Z insurance company’s performance evaluation.In the research of this paper,firstly,according to Z company’s current performance evaluation system,combined with Z company’s operating conditions,to analyze its existing problems,and at the same time analyze the feasibility of introducing the performance prism model;secondly,combined with Z company’s strategic goals,carry out goal decomposition,determine the important stakeholders related to Z company,and then determine the indicators of the five-dimensional performance prism of each stakeholder,so as to construct the Z company performance evaluation index system.Thirdly,use the AHP to calculate the weight of each indicator,combine the expert scoring method and the efficacy coefficient method to score the qualitative and quantitative indicators,and get the final score of Z company’s performance evaluation.Finally,according to the results of performance evaluation scores,it analyzes the operating conditions of Z company,discusses the application of the performance prism model in Z company performance evaluation.Through the research of this paper,an effective plan is put forward to improve the performance evaluation method of Z company,which not only demonstrates the effectiveness of the performance prism model in the application of Z company performance evaluation,but also provides reference and reference for the insurance industry to innovate performance evaluation methods.
