The performance system is a tool to manage, control and improve the efficiency of business activities. Through the effective performance system we can identify business activities. Whether the enterprise has met objectives of the strategy; whether customers were satisfied; whether the business process was in control and to be improved. Traditional performance evaluation all belong to a financial performance evaluation system. They can not reveal key performance drivers of strategic goal. Instead, companies easily lead to quick success, over-emphasis on the acquisition and maintenance of short-term financial operating results, ignore the long-term investment in value creation. The comprehensive Performance Evaluation System including stakeholders is still in the construction phase of theoretical framework. We lack systematic analysis on interdependence between stakeholder and corporate performance. There are integration and technical problems need to be solved due to performance evaluation indcators in large differences.In the 21st century, information science and technology has seen an continuing growth. Society developes rapidly, knowledge economy is essential to the new economic era. With the development of knowledge economy, enterprises are facing ever-changing competitive environment. Enterprises need a new performance evaluation system to match the performance evaluation. This paper analyzes the stakeholder theory and relations between stakeholders and corporate performance. This article analyzes the various factors affecting business performance by using foreign assessment criteria for reference and thinking of China's actual situation. We combine quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators, and combine long-term indicators and short-term indicators. Finally, this article constructs the theoretical model of performance evaluation ---the system of Performance Prism based on stakeholders, and integrate structural equation model with this new performance evaluation system. It paper deeply analyzes the performance evaluation model using empirical research.
