| With the rapid economic and social development of Mongolia,employee turnover is a complex issue in the mobile communications sector.The high turnover rate of sales staff of Mongolian mobile communication companies has become the main cost of these companies.The impact of job satisfaction on employee turnover intentions is a topic of extensive research.The purpose of this paper is to study not only the relationship between job satisfaction and sales staff’s voluntary departure in the field of mobile communications in Mongolia,but also the main determinants of job satisfaction that have a significant impact on turnover intentions.This article puts forward four research hypotheses for the research to examine the determinants of job satisfaction.These are job rewards and contributions,compensation and benefits,employee satisfaction with the job,career and employee promotion opportunities.In order to achieve the purpose of research,for the research object,it was selected to one of the mobile communication departments of Mongolia,"Skytel" Co.,Ltd.,which served as the director of direct management,human resources manager,and sales staff.The thesis is based on the theory of employee turnover and the stabilization of working employees and retention talents.By analyzing the current situation and impact of the company’s sales staff turnover,the cause of the problem is identified,and countermeasures and guarantees for stable sales staff are proposed.The turnover rate of "Skytel" Co.,Ltd.in the past three years is relatively high.The lost personnel have the characteristics of being younger and highly educated.Their turnover has increased the company’s human resource costs and caused adverse effects.Knowing more about the job satisfaction and turnover intentions of salespeople can have long-term effects.Based on the research results,this article can conclude that there is a moderate reverse relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intentions and the countermeasures to deal with the turnover of sales personnel,including optimizing the salary system,improving performance evaluation,expanding promotion channels,and implementing humanized management Measures.The research results of the thesis can help Mongolia "Skytel" Co.,Ltd.to clarify the current situation of the loss of sales personnel and the causes of these problems,so as to formulate targeted measures.It can help the company stabilize the sales force team and complete the work better.The research results will also have certain reference value for the human resource management of other mobile communication enterprises. |
