With the continuous development of the economy,the industry saturation is increasing,and the competition among small and medium-sized enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.As the core part of the enterprise competition,talents also make the mobility of talents increase day by day.At present,serious employee turnover has become a common problem in the development of most small and medium-sized enterprises.Employee turnover has also become a major drag on the company’s growth.If a company wants to make a great leap in development,it must first solve the problem of brain drain and form a healthy enterprise management model.To improve HES employees erosion serious problem,in this paper,based on the hypothesis of the present situation of the company staff turnover and business development important consideration,the research of employee turnover rate and determination of the influencing factors of employee turnover rate,from the perspective of different staff members and the knowledge staff,put forward to improve employee compensation satisfaction and employee turnover of the emotional satisfaction of prevention countermeasures.In the study,employee satisfaction is used as an important predictor of employee turnover,and satisfaction is taken as the main measurement index of employee turnover factors.In this paper,the explicit and implicit losses of employees are evaluated by means of questionnaire and employee satisfaction scores.The questionnaire score gives a clear definition of explicit and implicit employee turnover,USES the weighted method to calculate the satisfaction score,and compares it with employee satisfaction to further reveal its proportion characteristics and distribution rules.In order to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of employee satisfaction assessment,this paper adopts two-way scoring and questionnaire correction mechanism to eliminate invalid questionnaires.Through investigation and research,it is found that with the improvement of living standard,employees no longer only pay attention to salary,and people’s demand for thoughts and emotions is increasing day by day.Managers should understand employees’thinking dynamics in real time and meet their basic needs as well as their other needs.Excessive turnover of people can be avoided only by taking appropriate measures.Only by understanding the expectations of the incumbents can the incentive effect be achieved.Not only from the perspective of managers,but also from the perspective of grassroots employees,not only in material form,but also from the psychological level.Cherish and care for every employee,motivate employees,and improve their loyalty and enthusiasm for the enterprise and the position.Maintaining employee satisfaction at multiple levels is the most effective solution to prevent employee turnover.
