Research On Relationship Between Network Capability,Network Embeddedness And Entrepreneurial Performance Among Overseas Talents In China

In recent years,accompanied by the development of China's economy and increasing international prestige,a large amount of overseas career-creating talents make a choice of entrepreneurship in China,they have gradually become an important group in social development of innovation and entrepreneurship.Their unique social and cultural and cognitive background constitute their social resources advantage,they have recently become the focus of research on innovation and entrepreneurship.At the same time,investigation shows that enterprises which integrated into regional entrepreneurship network are provided with more advantages,these enterprises gradually integrate and embedded into social networks through continual commercial exchange.With the social entrepreneurship network,enterprises have access to more social capital and information channels,which will profoundly make up its own resources shortage and accelerate the growth of enterprises.As the ability of enterprises to deal with external relations,network capability has an important influence on their access to resources and entrepreneurial performance.Based on the theory of entrepreneurial network and embeddedness,the thesis discussed the mechanism of network capability on entrepreneurial performance in the context of social networking.Through the investigation of venture enterprises in Wuhan,Xi'an,Suzhou national hi-tech zone,combined with the network questionnaire survey data,the thesis constructs the relationship model of network capacity,network embedded and entrepreneurial performance.We using empirical research methods to verify the influence path of network capabilities and embeddedness in entrepreneurial network,finally definite the mechanism of enterprise network qualification,relationship capability on the entrepreneurial performance among overseas in China.The result shows that the start-up network quality has a significant impact on enterprise performance,and the ability of enterprises to participate in network activities influences entrepreneurial performance by changing the network structure and relationship;and network embeddedness plays a partial mediating role between network capacity and entrepreneurial performance.Based on the research conclusion,this paper puts forward the management advice for foreign talents entrepreneurship in China.
