In recent years, new enterprises are very difficult to grow in china. How will thenew enterprises get resources, and put the resources into the products that meet themarket demand and contribute to improve their performance, which became the focusof the academia.The article considered the enterprises which operate less than eight years inbusiness as new enterprises (Zahra,1993). And on this basis, it learns the researchideas about the new enterprise performance from home and abroad, and based onsocial network theory and the resource-based theory, put new enterprise as theresearch object, attempts to explore the impact from entrepreneurial network toperformance of new enterprises, and try to clarify the specific mechanism by the pointof resource integration capability and countermeasure capability.The paper combed the theory and practice about entrepreneurial networks,resource integration capability and countermeasure capability, and builded atheoretical model among entrepreneurial network, resource integration capability,countermeasure capability and the performance of new enterprises. Besides, the studyproposed correlate hypothesis among variables. In addition, the paper makes anempirical test to theoretical models. After the questionnaire development anddemonstration, the author distributed and recycled215valid questionnaires fromZhejiang, Shanghai, Guangdong and other places. And used statistical softwareSPSS17.0for descriptive statistical analysis the obtained data, reliability and validitytesting so that to verify the scale and data validity. Through analysis of variance to testthe differences that the enterprise characteristic variables on the dependent variable,through correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis for hypothesis testing,which defined the relationship among the variables. The main conclusions obtainedare as follows:The entrepreneurial network that include entrepreneurial network size andentrepreneurial network strength has a positive effect to the performance of the newenterprises; By the regulation of resource integration capability, the active role from theentrepreneurial network to the performance of new enterprises becomes morestrongly;By the regulation of countermeasure capability, the active role from theentrepreneurial network to the performance of new enterprises becomes morestrongly;Based on the above findings, the study put forward three revelation by collatingand analysis the results of previous studied and considering about the point ofresource, which has a a certain meaning for new enterprises to get optimize resourceswith a new way, improve the management model, enhance the comprehensivestrength to achieve sustainable development.Research result further clarify impact mechanism between the entrepreneurialnetwork and the performance of new enterprises. Meanwhile, it also affirmed theimportant role of resource integration capability and countermeasure capability in thisprocess. To some extent, it makes up for the lack of relevant research, and provides anew idea for the research of new corporate. There are a few limitations in the study,such as regional and cultural. But on the whole, the research result makes animportant contribution to build theory of entrepreneurship and to guideentrepreneurial activities.
