As an economic growth point in the economic development of agricultural areas, specialized villages play an important role in agricultural and rural development. The development of specialized villages can enhance the economic strength of the village, promote the rapid development of the village economy, and help implement the strategy of rural revitalization. The development of professional villages is inseparable from the participation of the government. How to properly support and guide the orderly development of professional villages and professional projects is an unavoidable practical problem. This article takes Xiayi County Agaricus bisporus cultivation professional village as an example, combined with field investigation and relevant statistical data,to explore the spatio-temporal evolution of cultivation-type specialized village with government participation.Based on the analysis of the time evolution characteristics and location change characteristics of the government-participated professional villages during the evolution process,on the basis of this,we further explored the evolution mechanism of the formation of planted specialty villages with government participation, and reached the following conclusion:(1)The time evolution on the village scale has experienced five stages: start, slow development, rapid development, decline, and stable development;the spatial evolution is characterized by point-shaped distribution,line-shaped distribution and v-shaped plane distribution. There is “ one center, multiple sub-centers",and the diffusion path gradually shifts to the town government location..By studying the spatial and temporal evolution of the Agaricus bisporus cultivation specialty village in Station Town :(1)In terms of time evolution, the spatial evolution of Agaricus bisporus cultivation in Station Town from 1999 to2018 is divided into five stages: The source village appeared;in the slow development stage, the benefits of planting at the beginning were good, and some innovative farmers began to participate in planting;in the rapid development stage, the government 's support and the highlight of the planting benefits caused most farmers to start planting activities, professional villages In this stage of rapid development;in the decline stage, the impact of market risks and rising costs have hampered farmers 'enthusiasm for planting, some farmers no longer engage in planting activities, and the development momentum of professional villages has subsided;during the stable development stage, with the support and encouragement of the government Some farmers have started planting activities again, and the scale and number of specialized villages have developed steadily. In the five stages of time evolution, each stage has shown the characteristics of different stages, the role of the government is more obvious.(2)In terms of spatial evolution,Chengdazhuang West Village is the diffusion source of Agaricus bisporus cultivation specialty village in Station Town, which is at the core of the network communication structure and affects the overall spatial distribution pattern of specialty villages. In the process of the spread of specialized villages, there is a spatial diffusion characteristic that is concentrated by a center and radiated by multiple sub-centers,and the information exchange between the sub-centers and surrounding villages is relatively close. The path of diffusion of Agaricus bisporus cultivation specialized villages gradually shifted from the original Chengdazhuang West Village and surrounding villages to the villages surrounding the town government. The closer the village to the original diffusion source(Chengdazhuang West)and the town government, the easier the spatial diffusion reached. The spatial pattern presents a point-like distribution—a linear distribution—a “V”-shaped surface distribution feature. The spatial diffusion corridors of Agaricus bisporus cultivation specialized villages are dominated by geographical corridors and government corridors, and the overall network density of communication between villages is not high.(2)The government participation has played an important role in the time volution on the county scale, and has also experienced five development stages;the spatial evolution shows a continuous distribution of agglomeration, and the characteristics of the radial diffusion centering on Xiayi County.By analyzing the field survey data of Agaricus bisporus cultivation in Xiayi County, the following can be obtained:(1)In terms of time evolution, the development process of Agaricus bisporus cultivation village in Xiayi County is consistent with the development process of Chengdazhuang West Village.Government actions have affected the development of Agaricus bisporus cultivation specialized villages in Xiayi County. The government's participation has played an important role in the development of specialized villages.(2)In terms of spatial evolution, the specialized villages of agaricus bisporus showed obvious clustering characteristics towards the source, and the spatial pattern showed continuous flake distribution and radiation diffusion to the surrounding area with Xiayi County as the center..With the increase of the distance from the station town, the number and scale of Agaricus bisporus began to decrease, and the number of specialized villages decreased;with the decrease of the distance from Xiayi County, the number and scale of Agaricus bisporus began to increase, and the number of specialized villages increased. The development of professional villages has a negative correlation with the distance between towns and towns and the distance from county towns.Nationwide,Xiayi,Yucheng and Yongcheng in Henan,Dangshan in Anhui and Shanxian in Shandong have a total of 29 townships growing Agaricus bisporus, with Xiayi County as the center point and a straight line to the surrounding area, showing obvious radial diffusion characteristics.(3)The evolution of Agaricus bisporus cultivation specialty village is influenced by factors such as location, resource endowment, innovation environment, and government behavior, and is the result of the combined action of various factors.(1)Location factors(distance from county town, distance from township, and diffusion distance, etc.)have a greater impact on the formation of planted specialized villages. The sales market of planted specialized villages is mainly in townships and county-level markets, and distance from townships, the closer the distance between the county town and the diffusion source, the more helpful it is to the formation and development of planting specialized villages.(2)Resource endowment(human resources and cultivated land resources)plays an important role in the evolution of planting specialized villages. In the specific indicators of resource endowment, the evolution of planted specialized villages,in addition to the basic needs for land and labor, also has a certain dependence on the attributes of wealthy people and farmers. The development of the Agaricus bisporus plantation professional village not only satisfies the basic demand for land, but also relies on rich people and highly educated farmers to cope with the innovation and cultivation of new projects in the development process.(3)Innovative environment(the order of adopting new technologies and new projects),all administrative villages have a good willingness to adopt new technologies and new projects, and most villages have adopted more advanced time;farmers within the village adopt new technologies and new projects. The willingness is weaker than that of administrative villages, and the adoption time is relatively late;the proportion of adopting new technologies and new projects is obviously different between villages and villages, and the ability of the innovative environment between villages is generally stronger than that of villages.(4)Government actions(providing start-up funds, technical services and strains, etc.),supporting the development of leading enterprises and providing market information measures in government actions will play a significant positive role in promoting the diffusion speed and intensity of special cultivation, and The promotion effect of the former is greater than that of the latter;measures such as providing technical support and seeds in government actions have little effect on the speed and intensity of diffusion, and the spatial diffusion of characteristic planting is not strongly explained.(4)Dilemma and countermeasures for the development of Agaricus bisporus cultivation specialized villages. The development of the Agaricus bisporus cultivation village in Xiayi County is still constrained by land policies, farmers' own conditions and market environment. If we want to promote the sustainable and stable development of Agaricus bisporus cultivation specialized villages,we must enhance the level of technological innovation, cultivate the growth of processing and export enterprises, and seize market share. At the same time, the gvernment should formulate relevant preferential policies to stimulate farmers' enthusiasm for planting, improve the structure of the rural labor force, and enhance the effects of radiation.
