The reuse of stock land is a new normal problem in urban planning and construction under the background of new urbanization.With the construction of the national territorial space planning system,the planning concept of intensive land use and high-quality urban development has become a strategic idea of new urbanization.As the main carrier stock industrial land,the industrial land stock has great development potential.Therefore,promoting the reuse of stock industrial land is of great theoretical and practical significance for promoting high-quality urban development,optimizing urban industrial functional structure and promoting urban renewal.Based on the perspective of stock planning,taking the industrial land of Fuquan Town,Keqiao District,Shaoxing City as the research object,this paper defines the concept of stock land,land reuse and stock industrial land.This paper analyzes the characteristics of stock planning and the demand for the reuse of stock industrial land.Combined with the development process of industrial land in Jiangsu and Zhejiang areas,then sums up and summarizes information about of stock industrial land planning research at home and abroad,this paper combs the planning experience and strategy of industrial land reuse in renewal mode,management system,development strategy,implementation path,etc.On the basis of theoretical research,combined with the situation of development,analyzes the development trend and core issues of industrial land reuse in stock.Based on the recognition of the reuse of industrial land in stock,it makes the solution of the reuse of industrial land in stock more realistic.Finally,research on the current situation of industrial land use in Fuquan town.From two research perspectives of the efficiency and spatial distribution of industrial land in stock,the scheme simulation is carried out.As well as Establish an evaluation index system by combining expert scoring and analytic hierarchy process.Based on this,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the reuse pattern of the stock industrial land in Fuquan Town.Then,the paper puts forward the reuse path of the industrial land in fuquan town and the integration strategy of industry-city.In terms of space,the paper puts forward the strategy of transformation and renewal of classified industrial land in stock,so as to achieve the purpose of reshaping the spatial structure and construct the integrated development pattern of industry-city integratio.In terms of industry,it puts forward planning strategies such as taking into account multiple subjects,upgrading traditional industries and implanting emerging industries,and optimizing functional structure,so as to build a manufacturing hub in the Bay Area and promote the organic renewal of industrial sector.To sum up,this paper aims to explore the potential land resources and urban economic driving point of industrial land in stock,which can provide reference for the the theoretical research and practice of reuse of industrial land in stock.
