Research On Recycling Logistics Mode And Realization Path Of Urban Waste Wood Furnitures

In recent years,with the rapid development of the economic,urban environmental pollution in China has gradually become more prominent,and the amount of domestic garbage generated has increased year by year,especially the pollution of large pieces of waste such as abandoned wooden furn iture,which affects the appearance of the city and becomes a difficult city problem.At present,the recycling of waste wood furniture in China is progressing slowly.Most of them adopt the methods of incineration and landfill treatment.The end treatment has a low level of harmlessness and is prone to secondary pollution.Recycling waste wood furniture and improving the recycling rate of waste wood will not only relieve the pressure on resources to a certain extent,but also help to treat municipal solid waste.Abandoned wooden furniture is difficult to be collected and transported due to its large volume,heavy weight,and different shapes.Therefore,it is particularly important to construct a perfect urban waste wooden furniture recycling logistics model,which can promote the recycling treatment of urban waste wooden furniture.Based on the circular economy theory,recycling logistics theory,full life cycle theory,and domestic and foreign literatures related to the recycling of abandoned wooden furniture,this paper proposes research problems and solves them through four aspects.First of all,investigate the current status of urban waste wood furniture recycling treatment at this stage,including the recycling market overview,recycling market main body analysis and existing problems;Secondly,construct a four-level barrier factor system including the government,furniture manufacturing enterprises,informal recycling entity and residents,uses the grey-decision tracking and evaluation laboratory method(Grey-DEMATEL)to calculate and analyze the most important barrier factors and the relationship between the factors.Identify and analyze the most important influencing factors,solve the factors that can produce significant effects in the short term and the factors that require long-term attention;Then,based on the above conclusions,three types of recycling based on furniture manufacturing companies,professional recycling companies,and dynamic alliance companies are constructed.Establish an evaluation model for the logistics model of urban waste wood furniture recycling;Finally,use Shenzhen as a case city to conduct evaluation research on the construction and selection of the evaluation model and the realization pathThe research results show that government-related factors are important factors in promoting the recycling of urban waste wood furniture,and residents-related factors are important result factors.Solving them in the short term can achieve better results.Factors related to furniture manufacturing companies are highly centralized,the effect on the recycling of abandoned wooden furniture in the city is obvious and needs to be considered.The dynamic alliance model has more operational advantages and competitive advantages,and its implementation path can be expanded from four aspects:alliance enterprise selection,product optimization design,inventory management optimization,and recycling process,this can promote urban waste wood furniture to achieve resource,reduction and harmless treatment.
