Edible fungus is China's most important economic product under the forest, and has become the fifth largest cultivation industry after cereals, oils, fruits and vegetables.China is the world's largest producer and exporter of edible fungi. In 2017,total production accounted for more than 70%of the world's total, and total trade accounted for nearly 60%of the world.China is the EU's largest edible fungus exporter, and the EU is the main importer of edible fungi in China. In recent years, the total weight of edible fungi imported from China by the EU has dropped significantly.Development is of great significance. From 2002 to 2017,China's edible mushroom export trade to the EU averaged 149 million US dollars per year, accounting for 12.5%of China's total edible mushroom export trade.According to the research in this article, the market share of Chinese edible fungi in the EU has decreased significantly;the demand for edible fungi in the EU has dropped significantly;and China's export adjustment for edible fungi with faster EU demand has been insufficient. The above research shows that China is not optimistic about the prospects of EU edible mushroom exports. Therefore,it is particularly important to put forward theoretical support for China's factors affecting the export of edible fungi in the EU.This article divides edible fungi into four categories:dried products, processed products, fresh frozen products, and temporary preservation based on the six-digit HS?6 code, and joins the financial crisis, the "Belt and Road" initiative trade background, according to the United Nations Commodity trade statistics database(UN COMTRADE)data, using the standard explicit comparative advantage index(NRCA),trade complementarity index(TCI)and trade intensity index(TII)to analyze the trade characteristics of China and the EU edible fungi, combined with a constant market share The model(CMS model)and the intensive marginal decomposition framework analyze the influencing factors of China's overall trade with the EU and the edible fungi export by category. The results of this study show that:(1)The EU edible fungus market is huge, and Chinese edible fungi have a strong comparative advantage and complementarity in the EU market, but the effects of both have a tendency to weaken;(2)At this stage,China's competitiveness in the export of EU specific edible fungi The improvement of the overall competitiveness has been promoted, but the overall competitiveness of China's edible fungi has shown a downward trend, which is one of the factors that hinder the growth of exports;(3)At this stage, the price of China's exports of edible fungi to the EU The promotion effect is not good, and leads to the reduction of the intensive marginal value, which has become a factor hindering the growth of China's edible mushroom exports.According to the research results, this article proposes to strengthen the food safety system in the field of edible fungi, maintain the existing industrial production scale, adjust the industrial structure, enhance the quality of edible fungus products, adopt "high prices" to promote the growth of trade volume, and seize the The development opportunities provided by the "Belt and Road" initiative accelerate the construction of the edible fungus industry and other countermeasures and suggestions.
