In recent years,China’s logistics industry has developed rapidly under the guidance of the "One Belt And One Road" policy.The central and local governments have introduced a variety of preferential support policies,providing unprecedented opportunities for the development of the logistics industry.Zibo city many logistics enterprises rise in the fierce competition.The development of the logistics industry is not balanced and does not adapt to the level of local economic development.How to stand out in the fierce competition has become a problem that every logistics enterprise should consider.Taking SDHZ logistics company as the research object,the enterprise strategy management,competitive strategy,logistics and other related literature,on the basis of using the PEST and SWOT analysis model,on the company’s internal and external environment of system analysis,and existing problems of the company,make enterprise development goals,to help SDHZ logistics co.,LTD.,find a suitable road of development situation and characteristics,for the enterprise managers to provide scientific basis for the selection of competitive strategy,at the same time rich results of similar enterprise competitive strategy theory,the similar logistics company also has a certain reference value.This paper mainly uses the literature analysis method,the chart analysis method and the data analysis method.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the research.The second chapter introduces the relevant theoretical basis.Chapter three analyzes the competitive environment of SDHZ logistics company in detail,carries out PEST analysis on the macro environment of SDHZ logistics company,and analyzes the internal environment of SDHZ logistics company from aspects of marketing management,financial management,human resource status,enterprise management and brand building.Chapter four USES SWOT to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of SDHZ logistics company.Through EFE,IFE evaluation matrix and SWOT matrix analysis and development of SDHZ logistics company’s overall competitive strategy,and from the logistics technology,brand building and other aspects of the implementation of differentiated competitive strategy and customer service;Chapter five puts forward the strategic implementation safeguard measures for SDHZ logistics company.Chapter six summarizes and anticipates this paper.
