Research On The Path Of Sustainable Livelihood Of Farmers Under The Background Of Ecological Economy

Farmers’ livelihood and farmers’ poverty alleviation has always been the focus of the Chinese government.Especially with the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,how to better meet the growing material and cultural needs of farmers and improve the economic level of farmers in the context of ecological economy.To achieve sustainable development of farmers’ livelihoods has become an important issue.In particular,Chishang Town,Boshan District has always adhered to the "two mountains" green development theory,and actively integrated ecological civilization into industrial development in accordance with the "multi-industry integration,multi-party integration,and common development" approach,and accelerated ecological protection and restoration.Relying on the construction of the rural complex complex,speeding up leisure agriculture and experiencing agricultural development,and promoting the development of the “3.0” version of rural tourism that promotes the integration of “literacy,tourism,and tourism”.Therefore,how to use the rapid development of the region’s ecological economy to help better achieve the livelihood development of farmers has important practical significance.Based on this,in this paper,the relevant literature about sustainable livelihood at home and abroad is summarized,and then the ideas for this study are clarified,and the basic concepts related to sustainable livelihood,sustainable development theory and sustainable livelihood theory are introduced,which lays a theoretical foundation for this study.Then,this paper analyzes the quality of traditional livelihood assets,the stock of modern livelihood assets is weak,the source of livelihood is single,and the sustainability of farmers’ livelihood is prominent,and further selects five indexes(material capital,financial capital,natural capital and human capital)to construct the evaluation index system,and the evaluation results show that under the background of ecological economy,the sustainable livelihood ability of farmers in chishang town is in the "general" level,and there is still a lot of room for improvement,especially in the three indicators of human capital,material capital and natural capital.Based on the above analysis,this paper analyzes the possible causes of the problems from the following aspects: poor regional resources and environment carrying capacity,poor access of farmers to modern livelihood assets,lagged development of characteristic agricultural industrialization,and poor traffic accessibility,which increase the cost of farmers’ economic activities.It also analyzes the possible causes of the problems from strengthening the construction of farmers’ Livelihood Assets,focusing on improving farmers’ livelihood strategies.In addition,the paper puts forward the basic strategies to improve the sustainable livelihood of farmers in chishang town from four ways: strengthening the construction of farmers’ Livelihood Assets,focusing on improving farmers’ livelihood strategies,strengthening the management of regional ecological assets,and further improving the regional ecological compensation mechanism.And in order to improve the sustainable livelihood of farmers in chishang Town,this paper further proposes the following four ways to improve: strengthen the construction of farmers’ Livelihood Assets,focus on improving farmers’ livelihood strategies,strengthen the management of regional ecological assets,and further improve the regional ecological compensation mechanism.
