Analysis Of The Differences In Rural Regional Economic Development In Shandong Province And Countermeasures

With the continuous development of reform and opening up,China’s rural regional economy has also achieved rapid development,but the regional economic differences in rural areas to a large extent restrict the development of China’s rural economy,in turn,it will affect the overall development of China’s economy.Although economic globalization has become an important trend of economic development in the contemporary world,there are regional imbalances in economic development both among and within countries,this is a problem that must be faced in the process of economic development,and the more developed the country,the more obvious this imbalance.Therefore,the study and analysis of regional economic disparities,and to find out the causes and propose appropriate solutions is a problem of wide concern to all countries and regions,this is of great strategic significance to the coordinated development of regional health.Shandong Province,as a major economic province in China,will have a total production value of over 7 trillion yuan by 2017.At the same time of rapid economic growth,the imbalance in rural regional economic development is becoming more and more prominent,the main performance is that the Lutong coastal area economy develops rapidly,but the western Shandong area develops relatively backward,and the long-term development pattern of this kind of economic development will certainly affect the overall coordinated development of Shandong’s economy.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of economic development in 17 urban and rural areas of Shandong Province,and establishes an index system to measure the economic gap.By analyzing the economic indicators of different rural areas in Shandong Province from 2008 to 2017,17 cities were selected as regional research units,and 14 variables,such as per capita cultivated land area,per capita effective irrigation area,per capita rural electricity consumption,total power of agricultural machinery,and Engel coefficient of rural residents,were selected to build a comprehensive indicator system.Then using SPSS statistical analysis software,the data are standardized,and five main factors that affect the rural economic differences in Shandong Province are obtained,which are: objective factors of agricultural production conditions,per capita rural economic aggregate factors,agricultural economic growth factors,agricultural production relationship factors,agricultural employment factors.Using the difference analysis,we get the comprehensive ranking of 17 cities’ rural economy,find out the influence of the main factors of economic difference on the rural areas,and then analyze the reasons of regional differences.This paper thinks that we should solve these problems from the following aspects: first,drive the regional agricultural economy with scientific and technological innovation;second,strengthen the project driving,expand the development space of rural areas;third,strengthen organizational management and optimize government services;fourth,adjust the industrial structure and promote the upgrading of agricultural industry.
