Research On The Sustainable Development Capacity Of Modern Urban Agriculture Under The Framework Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Modern urban agriculture is an organic part of modern agriculture,and the sustainable agricultural development is a key component of Rural Revitalization Strategy.Strengthening the guidance and support for the sustainable development of modern urban agriculture is an inevitable choice to promote the Rural Revitalization Strategy,and is of great value to achieve the goal of Rural Revitalization Strategy.In this paper,data were collected from interviews in Jinhui Town,Fengxian District,Shanghai.The sample data were processed by NVivo12 qualitative analysis software,and the coding process of programmed Grounded Theory was used for qualitative research to explore the formation path of sustainable development capacity of modern urban agriculture under the Rural Revitalization Strategy and construct its formation mechanism model.This study obtains the three core categories of “Sustainable Development Capacity Formation Motive”,“Sustainable Development Capability Formation Elements” and“Sustainable Development Capacity Formation Goal”,and further constructs the theoretical model of modern urban agriculture sustainable development capacity system under the framework of Rural Revitalization Strategy,so as to enrich the theoretical study of modern urban agriculture sustainable development capacity under the Rural Revitalization Strategy.The research results show that “Policy Containment”,“Requirements Decision” and“Objective and Subjective Factors” are the driving factors that influence “Agricultural Ecological Capacity”,“Industrial Linkage Capability”,“Knowledge Reserve Capability” and“Cultural Marketing Capability”,thus promoting the construction of sustainable development capacity.A system model of sustainable development capacity containing three levels of motives,elements and goals,and involving three dimensions of economy,society and ecology,is constructed.Finally,this paper proposes four policy inspirations,such as “strengthen the policy control,the role of demand decision-making,and pay attention to the influence of subjective and objective factors”,“strengthen the development of agricultural ecology and innovative industrial linkage model”,“enriching talent cultivation and technical support channels” and“broadening agricultural media communication channels”.
