With the development of economy,entrepreneurs begin to realize the importance of "man",and their requirements for employees are becoming more and more specific.How to help employees improve their comprehensive quality and give full play to their value,then to promote the growth of enterprises,that has also become an important subject in the process of enterprise development.Therefore,more and more entrepreneurs begin to attach importance to employee training,while increasing investment in training,they are also eager to know whether training could influence employees'job performance,and how the influence is achieved.Based on the employees of HD Company,this paper takes employee training as the independent variable,job performance as the dependent variable,and introduces human capital as the mediation variable to explore the influence mechanism of employee training on job performance.First of all,based on the literature review of employee training,human capital and job performance,these variables are divided into different dimensions:employee training(general training and special training),human capital(general human capital and specific human capital),and job performance(task performance,contextual performance and dedication performance).Secondly,according to the existing theories,put forward the research hypotheses,build a theoretical model,and referring to the existing scale,form a formal questionnaire.Finally,questionnaires are distributed,collected and screened,186 valid questionnaires are found.Then use SPSS25.0 and AMOS25.0 to deal with data,testing whether the hypotheses are valid.The results show that:(1)employee training has a positive impact on job performance,(2)employee training has a positive impact on human capital,(3)human capital has a positive impact on job performance,and(4)human capital exerts mediating impact on the relationship between employee training and job performance.According to the analysis of the research results,this paper puts forward some management suggestions to HD Company;design training courses practically and improve the training system;adopt different ways to enhance human capital.
