In order to adapt to the operation and production needs of s company's "13th five-year"strategic planning and construct a high-quality "labor force",human resources upgrade has become an urgent need for s company of China railway S as a third-level state-owned construction general contracting company.Training is an indispensable part of enterprise human capital management.The effective promotion of training will not only improve the professional quality and business ability of employees,but also promote the realization of corporate strategic goals,and can help each employee from the perspective of career planning.Find the specific value of your position and achieve a win-win result for both employees and the company.The win-win top-level design is how to arrange an effective staff training system.This paper combines the company's "13th Five-Year" strategic plan,the current human resources status,and the satisfaction survey and analysis of employee training,the training needs survey design,training organization system,training teacher system,training course system,The training system and the training guarantee system are optimized to further improve the training of the company,and use a sound training system to train talents,further enhance the company's talent pool,so that training can truly tap the potential of employees and stimulate the driving force of employees.The upgrading of the labor cost of state-owned enterprises to sustainable human capital will ensure the smooth implementation of the company's "13th Five-Year"strategic plan.At the same time,I hope to provide reference and help for the staff training of other state-owned construction contracting enterprises.This paper uses the methods of key person interview,questionnaire survey,consulting company documents and literature materials and data statistics to sort out the current situation of s company's employee training system.Combined with the results of questionnaire survey and interview,it finds that s company has many problems in employee training management.Finally,it optimized and designed an employee training system suitable for the development of s company.This paper consists of six parts.Chapter 1 Introduction,Chapter 2 Literature Review and Theoretical Model,Chapter 3 s Company Staff Training Status and Existing Problems,Chapter 4 s Company Training System Optimization Design,Chapter 5 s Company Training System Optimization After Implementation,Focus on Issues,Chapter 6 tells the conclusions and questions for further study.
