Research On The High-tech Enterprise Financial Strategy At Basis Of Sustainable Growth

With the rapid development of information technology and international close contact, it is recognized that the development environment is more and more complex. To ensure the sustainable development of enterprises, managers must not only formulate an overall development strategy, but also requires plan corporate Financial Strategy to ensure the security of corporate cash flow. The paper research the relationship between choice of the financial strategy and sustainable growth of High-tech enterprises, in order to create more value by using the correct financial strategy, enhance their market competitiveness and promote its sustainable development.Firstly, this article summarizes the financial strategic theory, and finds that these researches are too recapitulative. So author select high-tech enterprises as Object of study, and hope to conclude a concrete results. Secondly, the author overviews the theory of financial strategy and sustainable growth as the theoretical basises. Thirdly the paper has an objective description of the development status of Chinese high-tech enterprises and the existing financial strategy using data from every perspective. Then author study the relationship of high-tech corporate finance strategy and sustainable growth by empirical research and use two typical cases to provide a more reliable conclusion that the formulation of financial strategy is a dynamic process. When enterprise is a mature one, we should use an appropriate financing strategy at the same time, including collecting strategy, investment strategy and allocation strategy in order to maintain. But the company with a low sustainable growth in early stage mainly relate to asset growth and dividend payout, so companies should focus its fund collecting strategy and use financial leverage to promote its rapid development. In addition, we should select the project with shorter payback period of investment and more rate of return to solute cash shortage situation and promote rapid growth of enterprise.The paper only have a preliminary exploration and conclusions of high-tech enterprise development and financial strategy, which hopely can lead managers put more attention on financial strategy. They can not only combine with their own development status and use the advantages of resources to increase corporate value, promote their sustainable development, but also lay the foundation for further study the system of high-tech corporate finance strategy.
