The Study On Inner Mongolia Ulanqab Big Data Policy

As information revolution develops,world has come into big data era.Big data industry has been becoming a new factor in promotion of economics.China possess numerous Internet users and there are a large quantity of data which needs to be made use of.Policies always play a guiding role in the development of new industries.Ulanqab makes great efforts to develop big data industry after Inner Mongolia being named Comprehensive Test Site of Big Data Infrastructure by three ministries in 2016.Big data industry has already been brought into Three great and Two new Project.Ulanqab has a share in big data area with Guiyang.Ulanqab make achievements in Data Center,big data industry and data application.However,there are many issues which Ulanqab have to face.Such as lack of Industry Program,unreasonable fiscal policy,low public services and lack of human resource policy.The reason behind those issues is wrong administrative examination.Ulanqab must draw up industry program,reasonable fiscal policy and enhance public services in the future.
