Reserch On Food Safety Supervision In Online Ordering Industry

In recent years,the online ordering industry has gradually changed from a new product of society to a form of food ordering that people often contact in their daily life.As a new way of eating,online ordering has gradually established its status.With people's concern for food hygiene and their own health and the improvement of living consumption level,consumers pay more and more attention to the food safety problems in the online ordering industry.However,the online ordering problems frequently exposed in the media have aroused the attention of all walks of life.How to supervise the food safety of the online ordering industry has become the government departments,the third-party platform and the online ordering businesses As well as the hot topics of the majority of consumers.Therefore,this paper takes Taishan District of Tai'an City as an example,focusing on the quality supervision of online ordering,carries out relevant investigation and research.The rapid development of online ordering industry in Taishan District not only provides great convenience for people's life,but also has hidden dangers of food hygiene.If the supervision of online ordering food is not paid attention to,it will seriously affect the quality of local online ordering food,at the same time,it will have an important impact on the physical and mental health of local residents,and then affect the healthy development of regional economy and social harmony and stability.In this paper,Taishan District of Taian City in the process of research network ordering food safety supervision as the main research object,using literature research method,comparative analysis method,questionnaire survey method and data analysis method to carry out in-depth research.Through the questionnaire survey,this paper focuses on the situation of Taishan District and carries out empirical investigation and analysis.It objectively analyzes the difficulties and reasons of the supervision process of online ordering food in Taishan District.Through the on-the-spot questionnaire survey,the safety and supervision of online ordering food in Taishan District is investigated and analyzed,and then the following suggestions are drawn: the optimization measures for the safety supervision scheme of online ordering food in Taishan District Implementation: 1.Strengthen the self-control of the industry and enhance the sense of responsibility of enterprises;2.Strengthen the responsibility of the third-party online ordering service platform;3.Deepen the sense of responsibility of network ordering service providers;4.Requirements for food delivery and delivery process.At the same time,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures to improve the safety supervision scheme of online ordering food in Taishan District: 1.Strengthen the databaseconstruction of online ordering merchants;2.Strengthen the popularization of legal security of online ordering platform;3.Strictly review the access,credit and cancellation of online ordering businesses;4.Give full play to the unique role of food traceability system in online ordering food safety supervision.From the above aspects,this paper puts forward a new way of supervision and collaborative governance of food safety under the network virtual condition.
