Research on the vulnerability of resource-based cities is the core content of resourcebased cities' sustainable development and successful transformation.The vulnerability of resource-based cities includes economic vulnerability,social vulnerability,resource vulnerability and ecological environment vulnerability.Aiming at the current research perspective of resource-based cities' vulnerability and the single research object,the research results are lacking in contrast.The article builds a comprehensive evaluation index system of resource-based cities from the perspective of "economy-societyresources-ecological environment",using entropy method And the comprehensive index evaluation method,from the macro level to study the comprehensive evolution of resources-based cities from 2006 to 2015 and the dynamic evolution characteristics and spatial differentiation characteristics of each subsystem's vulnerability,and take Huainan City,Tongling City and Ma'anshan City as examples.Analyze the dynamic evolution law and influencing factors of the vulnerability of typical resource-based cities from the micro level,so as to propose regulation measures to reduce the vulnerability of resource-based cities.The main contents and conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Analyzed the dynamic evolution law of vulnerability of resource-based cities.The comprehensive vulnerability of resource-based cities is gradually decreasing,and the overall vulnerability is in a state of overall vulnerability;there is a difference in the change of the vulnerability index of each subsystem,the economic vulnerability index is slowly rising,the social vulnerability and the ecological environment vulnerability index are slowly decreasing,and resources are fragile Except for the rapid decline in 2008,the sex index remained basically unchanged in the rest of the year,with the overall economic vulnerability index>social vulnerability index>resource vulnerability index>ecological environment vulnerability index.(2)The spatial differentiation characteristics of resource-based cities are analyzed.The comprehensive vulnerability of resource-based cities is spatially differentiated.The resource-based cities with low or low vulnerabilities are mostly located in the east,and the resource-based cities with high and high vulnerabilities are mostly located in the northeast.Regions and western regions;there are also differences in the spatial differentiation of vulnerabilities of various subsystems.Economic vulnerabilities,social vulnerabilities,resource vulnerabilities,and ecological environmental vulnerabilities all show obvious regional differences.(3)Analyze the dynamic evolution characteristics and main influencing factors of typical resource-based cities.The results of the study show that: from 2007 to 2017,Huainan City,Tongling City and Ma'anshan City all showed a downward trend in the city's comprehensive vulnerability index,transitioning from a higher vulnerability to a lower vulnerability.,The ecological environment and economic vulnerability have declined slowly;the three cities 'vulnerabilities are all socio-economically dominant vulnerabilities,the economic structure is not reasonable,the infrastructure is not perfect,the discharge of industrial pollutants and the excessive consumption of resources are resource-based cities.The main influencing factors of vulnerability.(4)Proposed regulatory measures to reduce the vulnerability of resource-based cities.For the economic system,optimize the industrial structure,change the mode of economic development,and strengthen economic innovation capabilities;for the social system,improve the infrastructure,pay attention to education,and increase multiple employment channels;for the resource system,rationally plan the use of various resources and improve resource utilization Efficiency;In terms of the ecological environment system,control the discharge of industrial pollutants and increase the recovery and disposal rate of industrial waste.
