With the continuous advancement of urbanization in Shanghai,the demand for construction land is growing,and the urban spatial pattern continues to extend to the periphery.The areas originally belonging to the rural areas have gradually become urban areas with the adjustment of new administrative divisions and the advancement of urbanization.In the process of the evolution of this spatial pattern,cultivated land is continuously requisitioned as construction land,while in the urban-rural transitional zone in the marginal zone,a large number of villagers rely on superior geographical location to obtain economic benefits by renting various types of factories,houses,warehouses,etc.In the suburbs of Shanghai,illegal construction and illegal land use have emerged,resulting in the irrationality and waste of land resources.As a long-term neglected marginal zone in the process of urbanization,it is particularly important to carry out land remediation in the suburbs.2019 is the end of the 13th Five-Year Plan.Compared with the 12th Five-Year Plan period,land remediation pays more attention to the global nature.According to the focus of land remediation in the 13th Five-Year Plan period and the development of "innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing" in the new era The idea was to select Sanlin Town in the suburbs of the suburbs for research.The Sanlin Town selected in this paper is a typical area of the suburbs of Shanghai.Due to the evolution of the spatial pattern of the town and the process of urbanization,the spatial pattern of urban and rural areas is dispersed and the various illegal phenomena in the suburbs are mixed,the land constraints and the environment in the area.The problem is quite typical.All aspects in this paper,the three Lin town regional development characteristics of comb,the focus of the selection of the regional environment comprehensive improvement project is analyzed,based on comprehensive market Evergrande village,south mound to commercial buildings,L case,three representative regulation respectively analyzes the renovation project ofthe land constraints and land management problems,late regulation effect and regulation of land use planning,and the new era of "innovation,harmonious and green,open,sharing" the concept of summarizes the three Lin town land renovation of the expected results.It has been proved by practice that the land remediation in Sanlin Town is the epitome of the rectification of the relevant areas of the metropolitan suburbs.The problems found in the rectification are:the lack of land remediation technology,the urban built-up area and rural rectification are not synchronized,and the project implementation management system is not Perfect,low public participation,it is worth learning from other cities with similar backgrounds.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the problems existing in the current land remediation:innovative technical management methods for land remediation;improving the coordinated development of land remediation and planning;improving the implementation management system of land projects;and building land consolidation for sharing and public participation..Although land remediation begins with the needs of urban development,it realizes the two-way operation of resources and ecology.It is an inevitable choice for the rational use and protection of land resources under the background of the new era,and also provides a driving force for sustainable development.
