Organizational socialization refers to the learning process in which employee s adjust their attitudes and behaviors in order to adapt to the value system,organ-izational goals,and behavioral norms of their organizations.Every year more and more graduated students and reemployed people flock to the market,and they ar e undergoing a social adjustment process to enter a new workplace.Recently,sch ola-rs have pointed out that the initial stage of new employees entering the organ ization is an accompanying It is a process of various high-stress situations such a s u-ncertainty of professional competence,insufficient information,and new interp ersonal interactions.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance t o e-xplore how new employees can build and smoothly socialize with internal rel ations.In view of the current pressure of market competition,many organizations adv-ocate performance goal orientation.The team 's perception of the performance goal atmosphere may affect the interaction attitude and behavior between new e mplo-yees and internal superiors and colleagues;and in this atmosphere,the organ izati-on 's leadership is high Performance,promising new employees have high ho pes,and i-t is also easy to have interpersonal interaction with them,which in tur n aff-ects the new employees' organizational identity,task performance and job we ll-being.Therefore,this study will focus on the reality of performance evaluation from within the team based on the Chinese scenario,from the perspective of relations hip resources to explore the antecedents of the relationship between the new empl-oyee and the internal(superior and colleagues),and how the internal relationship construction works The mechanism of socialization results.In this study,we orga-nized new employees as the object,collected questionnaires,and analyzed the res-ults using SPSS and MPLUS software.The study found that team learning goal oriented perception and superior performance expectations affect internal relationshi-p building.The social self-efficacy of new employees plays a moderating role be tween team learning goal-oriented perception and internal relationship construction.New em-ployees 'emotional intelligence and power distance orientation are at the superior level.Performance expectation and internal relationship building play a r-egulatory role,while internal relationship building further positively affects socialization results.Research provides practical strategies and methods for companies to intervene in the socialization process of new employees.
