| With the development of the times,the research on the socialization strategy of new employee organizations has become a hot topic in the field of management.At the same time,some post-90 s and post-00 s new employees have gradually left the univer sity campus,changed from the role of students to the identity of professionals,and be come the backbone,their arrival not only injected new vitality into the workplace,but also brought challenges in the field of traditional management theory.Therefore,what are the characteristics of organizational socialization of new employees,what are the shortcomings of organizational socialization strategies,and what challenges these bring to the strategic management and human resource management of enterprises,and how enterprises can improve the organizational socialization strategy of new employees is an important issue worth considering.Therefore,this paper focuses on the socialization strategy of new employee organization of Y pharmaceutical company.Firstly,this paper selects representative new employees of Y pharmaceutical companies as research objects,takes the contingency theory,P-O matching theory,organizational socialization content model and organizational socialization strategy model as the research basis,studies the organizational socialization strategy of new employees of Y pharmaceutical companies in the form of literature research method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method and organizational interview method,combines the current situation of organizational socialization of new employees of Y pharmaceutical enterprises,and uses descriptive statistical data analysis methods to carry out the diagnosis of the current situation of the organizational socialization strategy of new employees of Y pharmaceutical companies.From the three aspects of organizational socialization content,organizational socialization strategy,and human-organization matching,the problems encountered by new employees in the process of organizational socialization are analyzed from nine dimensions: organizational culture,work competence,interpersonal relations,organizational politics,situational factors,content factors,social factors,consistency matching,and complementarity matching,and finally put forward strategies to improve the socialization of new employee organizations,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of Y pharmaceutical companies and provide reference for enterprises in the same industry. |
