There is no doubt that there is a great demand for labor in OEM enterprises,but with the aging population and the change of people's thinking mode,the phenomenon of "labor shortage" has gradually emerged in China.The emergence of labor shortage is not only related to the poor development of labor quality market,but also closely related to the imperfect employment mechanism within the enterprise.In view of this,this paper studies the employment problem of OEM enterprises.In this paper,quantitative and qualitative analysis and case analysis are used to study the employment of Foxconn Zhengzhou park.First of all,taking Foxconn Zhengzhou Park as an example,according to the current situation of its employment,it mainly analyzes the characteristics,mechanism,management system,training and personnel.Secondly,it summarizes and studies the current situation of employment,and finds out the main problems existing in the current employment of Foxconn Zhengzhou Park,such as the complex types of employment,the unscientific employment management system,and the low degree of personnel training fit.Finally,aiming at the existing problems of labor employment in Foxconn Zhengzhou Park,after the principles and objectives of improving the labor employment are defined,the countermeasures are put forward.It mainly includes: first,defining the total amount of employment,standardizing the way of employment and simplifying the types of employment;second,deeply analyzing the training needs of employees and improving the training system;third,strengthening the basic management,standardizing the employment system and management mode,optimizing the labor dispatch and establishing a relatively perfect performance appraisal system;fourth,establishing a long-term and effective incentive mechanism;fifth,strengthening the training system Enterprise culture construction,strengthen the cohesion of employees.This study can not only improve the employment problem of Foxconn,but also enrich the relevant research on the employment problem of China's OEM enterprises.
