In recent years,the national infrastructure construction,construction industry is booming.Under the circumstances of building production mechanization,labor management is still an important factor to influence to the competitiveness of the construction enterprise.However,labor employment problems was increased,gradually rising as an important issue of various enterprises,human resource management project team.For this phenomenon,the relevant state ministries,industry associations has also launched the related policies,in some provinces and municipalities,the pilot promotion was carried out.So how to attention and explore new employment mode in the new policy environment,not only meet the business,the actual project needs,but also the community and the government need to pay more attention to the issue.Based on the above background,this paper taked labor service management issues of the SanXi highway project from Lingbao to Lushi as the research object.Through the discussion of relevant human resource management theory,on the basis of foreign and domestic related research,which was well for the paper in the practical application of the theory;Then,starting from the reality condition of LingLu project and labor team management,a comprehensive survey through interviews and questionnaires was conducted,and the crux of the problem was proposed.On this basis,by means of theoretical analysis and empirical research methods,and some suggestions and strategies to solve the labor management was put forward.For example,the need forresource integration of existing services team,strengthening the ranks of the professional construction services,professional services that team cultivation of internal institutions was put forward.The implementation of complete outsourcing,partial outsourcing and corporate employment classification management approach for labor employment,and how to enhance the work enthusiasm of the service employees was proposed.These are measures to attract and retain valuable service staff.In addition,focus on the hotspot issues of the employees concerns,the paper put forward reconstructing the compensation incentive system,implementing salary,labor,performance integrated management model,and the model was used as project stable development of the forward-looking program.Finally,on the basis of advocating the humanized management,auxiliary measures was put forward to realize common development,mutual cooperation,cooperation and win-win situation between the construction enterprises and labor units,labor force.This paper can provide new ideas for employment management for construction project of LingLu project and the whole building industry.
