Online finance for commercial banks refers to banks providing banking services such as over-the-counter,inquiry,transfer,investment and wealth management services to customers through the Internet,it makes customers need not to reach the branches of physics can be safe and convvenient to manage despoit,credit cards and debit cards check and so on,enjoy the business such as online investment and financial services.At present,the Internet financial innovation has been fully affirmed by the government departments and policy support.Commercial banks are the important institutions that affect the national economic development.Many online financial innovation activities are carried out,but they are still at the stage of exploration and development.Some commercial banks are just getting started.Therefore,the research based on the online financial innovation path of commercial banks can not the only enrich the relevant theories of financial innovation,but also provide a reference for domestic commercial banks to develop online finance business in practice.As an immature financial service model in the new era,the research on online financial innovation of commercial banks is still in its infancy.In this paper,the related literatures are reviewed and combed.It is coded according to grounded theory,abstracting and refining twelve main categories,namely channel innovation,product innovation,technology innovation,organizational innovation,operational resources,market resources,technical resources,human resources,management systems,and normative systems.Cognitive system and competitive advantage,summed up the evolution path of commercial bank online financial innovation,and constructed its implementation path and motivation model.In addition,combined with existing research results and collected data,the path of commercial bank online financial innovation process And the factors in it guide the role for analysis..Research conclusions of this paper are as follows: Firstly,the online financial innovation of commercial banks can start from four aspects: channel,product,technology and organization.Combining with the present sistuation of the bank,it can realize comprehensive and in-depth innovation of online finance.Innovation is difficult to achieve overnight.Therefore,in the process of reform pay attention to the gradual progress,you can conduct pilot research from point to surface.Secondly,on the premise of the commercial banks focusing on improving customer experience,we should pay attention to the development of science and technology,give full play to the market functions,and truly apply technology to products and services,and promote product update and service optimization with technological innovation and application.Finally,we should make full use of the different institutional elements in the process of online financial innovation in commercial banks,and seek the best focus for innovation.
