Research On The Rural Repair And Tourism Development Of Shaoxing Water Town

With the improvement of living standard,modern people live in a fast pace and under great pressure.People are no longer satisfied with material enjoyment,but also have more spiritual pursuits.The demand for leisure tourism,especially rural tourism,is also increasing.The development of rural tourism can bring a lot of benefits to rural areas:promote the sharing of social resources and civilization achievements between urban and rural areas,realize the redistribution of wealth,narrow the economic development gap between regions and between urban and rural areas,and effectively protect the ecological environment,optimize the industrial structure,optimize the population structure,etc.The improvement of the urbanization level in China means that the consumption group of rural tourism is increasing,and the state and local governments have also introduced relevant policies to support the development of rural tourism.In such an environment,villages should seize the opportunity to adapt to the situation,improve themselves and develop rural tourism.The author studied the theories related to rural repair and rural tourism development at home and abroad,defined the scope of the research and related concepts,and only studied the villages and waters built near the water in the plain area of the water township of shaoxing which have the potential to develop rural tourism,so as to explore the feasibility of developing rural tourism.Taking the east jianhu area of shaoxing as an example,this paper conducts field research on its geographical advantages,natural resources,rural settlement space,architectural image,living environment,rural functional composition,industrial structure,human and folk resources,population composition and other aspects,and analyzes the defects and problems existing in its current situation.In view of these defects and problems,the author combines theory with practice,studies and explains how to make adaptive repairs to rural buildings,space,waters,landscape,industrial structure,culture and facilities under the guidance of tourism by means of text and pictures,tables and hand-drawn diagrams.By repairing the defects and problems in the countryside,it not only improves the ecology,production and living quality of the countryside,but also better ADAPTS to and promotes the development of rural tourism.Finally,in order to promote the rural tourism industry more smoothly and more completely,the author also makes a proper study on the development of tourism products and tourism operation management.
