With the development of social economy and progress of information technology,e-commerce users have higher requirements for information service."Personalized" has become the keyword of e-commerce information services,and the issue of e-commerce personalized information service has been frontier.While the scale of e-commerce platforms has expanded,it has also increased the difficulty for users to quickly and accurately find product information that meets their needs.Personalized information service can help the platforms recommend products or services that meet users' preferences.On the one hand,it better meets the personalized needs of users;on the other hand,it is conducive to obtain a large number of the stable users,consolidate users' loyalty,improve service quality,and ensure market competitiveness.The research object of this paper is the personalized information service system of the third-party e-commerce transaction platform.The full text is divided into six chapters,which are mainly analyzed and supported by theory and cases.First,the research introduces the theoretical basis of this article,including the concepts,functions and characteristics of third-party e-commerce transaction platform,e-commerce information service,and e-commerce personalized information service,to provide a theoretical foundation for the following research content.Secondly,it analyzes the constituent elements of the third-party e-commerce trading platform information service,and builds a third-party e-commerce trading platform information service system.On this basis,it further analyzes the constituent elements and the relationship in elements of the third-party e-commerce trading platform information service,including the service principles,the main technologies applied,service models,service strategies,and service presentation forms,and based on this,a personalized information service system for a third-party e-commerce transaction platform was constructed.Finally,through the analysis and comparison of personalized information service systems on two typical platforms,Taobao.com and Amazon.com,the effectiveness is verified.As the scale of e-commerce continues expanding,the role of information services and personalized information services in e-commerce has become increasingly prominent.This article builds a third-party e-commerce transaction platform information service system and a personalized information service system,which helps the e-commerce platform to improve the quality of information services and personalized information services from all aspects.
