Mainland Taiwan-funded High-tech Enterprises Clusters Research

For the past few years, Taiwan-funded high-tech enterprises formed a high-tech enterprises cluster while giving play to the effect of the cluster, that brings significant economic benefits to our country economy, therefore, it’s very necessary to study of Taiwan-founded high-tech enterprise cluster. Many domestic and foreign scholars study enterprises cluster form the macroscopic angle or the point of the gather of one industry or area, there is only a little analysis of specific enterprise in enterprises cluster. In this article, we’ll analyze the formation, innovation of mechanism, and future direction, based on the relevant theories of enterprises cluster. We will give a case analysis on Foxconn Taiwan-founded enterprises, and analyze the impact of formation of enterprise of enterprise cluster.The first part is about the literature review and thesis framework. The second part is the theoretical part. Formation mechanism, conditions. The third part reviews the mainland Taiwan-funded high-tech enterprise cluster. The fourth part analyzes innovation mechanism of Taiwan-funded high-tech enterprises of the cluster, and analyzes the cooperation and competition during innovate, explore knowledge spillover effect due to innovation, and the evolution direction of Taiwan-owned high-tech enterprise clusters. The fifth part we will discuss the question for the local government, how to create good environment for cluster development to promote the development of high-tech enterprise clusters.
