Nowadays, China’s advertising industry is developing in broad scale.Advertising industrial park is the new trend of it. At the present stage, the central andlocal governments have announced a large number of policy rules to promote theconstruction of industrial park. Therefore, the local advertising industry will soonreceive new opportunities and challenges. Essentially speaking, the industrial park isone type of the industry cluster. Apparently, if the research is focused on the clustermodel of economic development and the role of knowledge spillover theory, it willhelp us explore the benign development model of advertising industry, thus,promoting regional advertising industry level, and even enhancing of thecompetitiveness of regional economy as a whole.This study attempts to explore the principle of knowledge spillover, the impactfactors and the implementation approaches. The text is divided into four parts as awhole. The first is for the status quo of China’s advertising industry and industrialpark construction meaning combing, analysis the relationship between the coretheory of knowledge spillovers, industrial clusters, etc. Proposes the use of literaturemethod, comparative study to analysis the context of articles, the creative points ofthis research will be put forward. The second chapter is the transition phase of thisarticle, first we will summarize the principles of knowledge spillover from theperspective of knowledge characteristics, pointed out that the non-monopolistic andsome exclusive knowledge is the root causes to facilitate overflow, Then study by theadvertising industry park characterization and internal knowledge spillovers toexplain the characteristics of knowledge spillovers in the industrial park foradvertising special significance. The third part mainly analyzes the influence factorsof knowledge spillover. The main subject and park managers’ dual responsibilitieswill be emphasized in this chapter. In the part of the overflow beneficiary’scontrolling wishes and the protection of property rights, the unity of opposite’srelations will be spilled. We hope that demonstration analysis can provide reference to establish the pattern development of a stable way. The fourth part is an importantsection of this paper, mainly analyzing the main form of advertising industry parkknowledge spillover. According to whether or not to take the initiative to overflow,this part is divided into six kinds of different forms, and will introduce how differentforms realize knowledge spillover in detail, hoping to give suggestion to help thedomestic advertising industry park’s construction and development. The final part isthe summary of the theory.
