Research On The Efficiency And Influencing Factors Of Agricultural Insurance In Promoting Poverty Alleviation In Gansu Province

Since our country has established the goal of entering a well-off society in an all-round way,the task of poverty alleviation is one of the important tasks of our country.According to the government's precise plan,unity,strict implementation,public solidarity and efforts of all sectors of society,from 2012 to 2018,the number of rural poor people in our country has dropped from more than 90 million to more than 10 million.In just six years,China has been in poverty The population has decreased by 82.39 million.Is located in the loess plateau in Gansu province,Mongolia plateau and qinghai-tibet plateau interchange,is the sensitive area of climate change and fragile ecological environment area,the variety of natural disasters,occur frequently,seriously affected agricultural production,and poor provinces of Gansu province and in depth at the same time,the province of poverty population,50% of the whole Gansu province,has a wide distribution and,better make up for the farmers and agricultural insurance loss and ensuring agricultural production,greatly reduces the farmers poverty as a result of the possibility of a Chinese,get effective safeguard function,agricultural stabilizer and facilitator.The content of this paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the summary and theoretical analysis.The first chapter mainly introduces the current situation and social background of the poorpeople in our country,reviews the literature at home and abroad,and points out the shortcomings and possible innovations of this paper;The second chapter is the theoretical basis,expounding the related concepts and theoretical basis of agricultural insurance promoting poverty alleviation.The second part is the third chapter,the fourth chapter,and the fifth chapter,which is the main part of this paper.The third chapter is the development status of agricultural insurance in Gansu province to promote poverty alleviation.The fourth chapter is the foothold of this paper,using available public data and three-stage DEA model to make an empirical analysis on the efficiency of agricultural insurance in promoting poverty alleviation in Gansu province.The fifth chapter USES Tobit model to analyze the factors that affect the efficiency of agricultural insurance in promoting poverty alleviation in Gansu province.The third part is the sixth chapter,which is the policy suggestion.By analyzing the empirical study of this paper,it is concluded that each state agricultural insurance booster of poverty in Gansu province crucial efficiency vary,but the entire province average efficiency in good level,booster anti-poverty in Gansu agricultural insurance crucial factors are discussed in this paper,the influence of the finance support agriculture greatly affects the efficiency value,and hazard ratio and efficiency of the rural population accounted value is significantlynegative correlation,and finally puts forward Suggestions for agricultural insurance booster battle poverty in Gansu province,as well as our country agricultural insurance booster poverty engines to provide reference for reality.
