With the rapid development of China's economy,the demand of enterprises for talents becomes more and more urgent.Talents are the key to the development of an enterprise.The more talents an enterprise has,the greater its development potential will be.As an important part of the state-owned enterprises,X power supply company's technical talents are the key to the development of x power supply company,and many excellent technical talents mostly work at the grass-roots level.Therefore,in order to retain these technical talents,x power supply company needs to develop an incentive mechanism to stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of employees,use correct means to positively guide and motivate employees' work enthusiasm,improve employees' satisfaction with work,and improve production efficiency.So,how can we ensure that the employees,especially the grassroots employees,keep their long-term enthusiasm for work? This is a problem worthy of consideration for enterprise managers.In order to improve the enthusiasm of X power supply company's grassroots employees,the author carefully read the relevant incentive mechanism of X power supply company's grassroots employees,and conducted in-depth interviews with grassroots employees,to understand the problems of X power supply company in the incentive mechanism of grassroots employees.According to the questions,the author designs a questionnaire,which includes salary and welfare,performance appraisal,career development,training,corporate culture construction,etc.From the data results of investigation and analysis,at present,the incentive mechanism of grass-roots employees in x power supply company mainly has the following problems: Firstly,the salary and welfare system is not reasonable;secondly,the performance appraisal system is not perfect and innovative;thirdly,the career development of grass-roots employees is not planned;fourthly,the training methods and contents of grass-roots employees are too single and lack of innovation;fifthly,the construction of enterprise culture is not perfect.Based on the above problems,the author improves the incentive mechanism of x power supply company's grassroots employees,For example,we should adjust the salary structure in terms of salary and welfare,and add special allowance for front-line posts;In terms of performance appraisal,we should strengthen the management of performance indicators,establish a performance scoring mechanism based on incentives,strengthen the process of performance appraisal,and establish a feedback system of performance results;in terms of career development planning,we should establish a mechanism for horizontal and vertical circulation and promotion of talents,and do a good job in the career development planning of grass-roots employees;in terms of training and education,we should strengthen the training of technical grass-roots employees,and strengthen the training of technical grass-roots employees Feedback and assessment of the training results of grass-roots employees;in the construction of corporate culture,we should use modern media as the publicity media,increase the publicity of corporate culture,ensure that grass-roots employees can also clearly understand corporate culture,let grass-roots employees truly integrate into the enterprise,as a part of the enterprise,and promote the better development of the enterprise.In a word,through the research on the incentive mechanism of grass-roots employees,this paper provides a reference for X power supply company to improve the enthusiasm and creativity of grass-roots employees,which is helpful for managers to further master the characteristics of grass-roots employees,optimize the configuration of grass-roots employees,and improve the satisfaction of grass-roots employees.
