| Human resource is the first resource of an enterprise and the foundation of competition for its development.The transformation and development of enterprises in the new era put forward higher requirements for the construction of the staff.As the main group of the staff,grass-roots employees are the key to the development of enterprises.In recent years,HK Power Supply Bureau has carried out a lot of reform and innovation measures in human resource management,but some problems have not been improved,especially how to build a scientific and efficient incentive mechanism for grass-roots employees,how to make the incentive mechanism to maximize its effectiveness,has become the primary consideration for the development of HK Power Supply Bureau.Based on the current power system reform and the construction background of Hainan free trade zone(port),this paper analyzes the severe situation faced by the state-owned power supply enterprises and the economic pressure of high-quality development,expounds the impact of human resource management of the power supply bureau on the work enthusiasm and efficiency of the grass-roots employees.Focusing on the basic research topic of "optimizing the incentive mechanism of the basic staff of HK power supply bureau",combining the work practice of the power industry and HK Power Supply Bureau,this paper analyzes the current situation of the incentive mechanism of the basic staff of HK Power Supply Bureau,and finds out the existing problems of the incentive mechanism of the basic staff of HK Power Supply Bureau by using innovative methods such as literature research and questionnaire survey.Around the five existing problems,combined with the dual perspectives of economics and human resource management,this paper puts forward five innovative measures to optimize the incentive strategies of grass-roots employees,in order to stimulate the enthusiasm of grass-roots employees.In order to ensure the implementation of the optimized incentive mechanism for grass-roots employees,it is necessary to build supporting systems and other safeguard measures.Through the research of this paper,I hope to find the best measures for HK power supply bureau to motivate the grass-roots employees and tap their potential,so as to realize the common growth of grass-roots employees and enterprises.The research results of this paper have practical reference value for power supply enterprises in the same industry. |
