| Human resource is the most important resource of enterprise.As an important part of the power company staff,their work is close to the public life,and their work efficiency directly reflect the enterprise efficiency.As a result,the grass-roots workers’ incentives is related to the development of the enterprise,which has special significance.The XD power company represent 97 county-level power company of Jiangxi.There are three employment forms in grass-roots workers of XD company which as the representive:agricultural electrician,dispatch staff,part-timer.They are informal workers,the motivation and incentive problems seem very difficult.Their satisfaction of current incentive mechanism is very low by the interview and questionnaire survey,especially in the performance,and communication channels,participate in corporate decision-making,salary,training,career opportunities and other issues.Through in-depth investigation and analysis,we found the main reasons are which including non-standard employment,unreasonable salary structure,ineffective performance appraisal system,the spirit of fatigue and so on.Therefore,we should redesign the incentive mechanism.First of all,establish the salary point system of electrician,increase their seniority wage,and take the mode of work integral appraisal system,diversified development planning,improve the training and promotion mechanism,and implement enterprise culture motivation.Secondly,regulate the labor dispatch staff,implement pay growth incentives and continuous career planning,strengthen communication,make unions work.Finally,enhance the professional safety and working conditions of part-timer,implement labor contracts and social insurance protection,compensation,detailed salary structure.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the incentive mechanism,it is needed to improve the construction of the organization system,do a good job of propaganda and guidance,open up and down the channels of communication and strengthen democratic supervision.This study will contribute to more understanding of the grass-roots workers for the management of XD company,and provide technology to enhance employee satisfaction in creating a harmonious environment.It also provide the reference for other power companies which has the same problem. |
