The convergence of agriculture industry and service industry is a new opportunity to develop agricultural economy under the background of economic globalization and information. With the continuous innovation of modern information technology, traditional agriculture is on the wane and the new cross industry is emerging. The new development ideas and management operation mode of service industry has gradually penetrated into agriculture industry and the cross-integration of modern agriculture industry and service industry have permeated into each other's mode which has broken the barriers of former industrials division. This has formed a new industry value network of both agricultural and service industry which can bring positive effect on the transformation and upgrading of modern agricultural industry. This paper studies and discusses both the path and the dynamic mechanism of both agriculture industry and service industry systematically as follows:(1)First of all, the establishment of convergence model of our country's agricultural industry and service industry is the basis to improve the further development of Chinese agriculture economy. We can find that the current convergence of the two industries is not so good based on the analysis of the Time Series Model. The development of the two industries is not synchronous and agriculture industry is permeating to the service industry. This kind of mode may strengthen service industry and weaken agricultural industry which is bad for the balanced development of industrial economy. This paper thinks that the main reason caused this mode is the backwardness of the agriculture information.(2)Secondly, this paper builds an evaluation system of agricultural informalization which includes the infrastructure construction, human resources, information technology applications, policies of agricultural information development and so on. There are four-level indicators and 12 two-level child elements in the evaluation system. What's more, the evaluation system shows out that Chinese Agriculture information index and Chinese information gap is agreed with the actual economic situation. This paper gains information elements based on the four elements of modern agriculture industry which can be called five elements model. The paper gets 0.02 as the utilization coefficient of informalization with the help of quantitative analysis which verifies that informalization in the modern agriculture industrial production factors has nuclear pull effects on the current development of agriculture industry from the aspect of positive analysis.(3)This paper establishes a spillover effect model of both agriculture industry and service industry based on Feder two-sector model, which includes three driving force production factors: labor, capital, information technology. The author finally gets the value of the spillover effect from service industry to agriculture industry is 1.1035 which shows that the service sector has a high spillover effect on agriculture sector. Industry convergence is a new economic phenomenon. As two open systems, the exchange of the driven elements such as human, capital, information, technology, policy, consolidate and exchange of both agriculture industry and service industry has changed the previous industrial mode of operation. The change from longitudinal integration gradually to horizontal or network-value industry convergence brings new opportunity to agriculture economy. Therefore, this paper designs the convergence path of agriculture and service industry which can effectively guide agricultural production and operating practices, change agricultural economic development as well as promote agricultural economic restructuring and upgrading based on the spillover effect model and the path can.
