A Comparative Study Of Entrepreneurship Between Wuhan And Other Typical Cities Of The East And The West

In recent years,the country's new normal economic pattern has broken people's expectations for the future.In order to stimulate a weak economy,scholars from all over the world began to look for the next engine of economic growth.In the past,the government and scholars focused on regulating through various macroeconomic means,but neglected the entrepreneurial spirit as an economic endogenous driving force.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to actively explore the theory of entrepreneurship,scientifically understand the role of entrepreneurship in economic development,and cultivate and enhance entrepreneurship.Differences in regional resources and culture have led to large differences in entrepreneurship.In recent years,Wuhan's economy has made great progress,but the activity level of the entire market has not been released.On the one hand,the business environment is not optimized,and on the other hand,the entrepreneurial spirit in Wuhan has not been effectively cultivated.In the new economic era,Beijing Shanghai Guangzhou Shenzhen has been far ahead,and the same group of Hangzhou and Chengdu have also developed their economies according to their regional characteristics.Wuhan must gain an advantage in the new round of urban economic competition and must rely on its internal motivation.Entrepreneurship will be the new engine of economic development and will drive the Wuhan economy to take off again.This paper firstly sorts out relevant literatures at home and abroad,and finds out the shortcomings of the entrepreneurial evaluation system in the existing research.Based on the "CS " "GEM" and "RIS",combined with the actual situation of Wuhan,Chongqing,Chengdu,Hangzhou and Shenzhen,a set of comprehensive consideration of entrepreneurship,innovation,pioneering spirit and Adventurous spirit four dimensions,17 indicators of entrepreneurship evaluation system.By collecting national and city government official documents,obtaining panel data of relevant indicators of the five cities,using the entropy method-grey correlation model to empower the various indicators of the entrepreneurial evaluation system,and then carrying out the comprehensive evaluation value of the five-city entrepreneurship spirit.Measure to understand the overall situation of the entrepreneurial spirit of typical cities in the western part of the Middle East,and to find out the gap between Wuhan entrepreneurship and other cities.By comparison,it is found that the shortcomings of Wuhan's entrepreneurial spirit are insufficient entrepreneurial vitality,serious loss of scientific research talent,insufficient investment and output,and inadequate financial system.Therefore,this paper combines these problems in the development of entrepreneurship in Wuhan and gives policy recommendations to enhance the entrepreneurial spirit of Wuhan.
