In recent years,with the continuous improvement of our national living standards and per capita income,people pay more and more attention to medical and health issues.Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is the main industry related to people's medical and health problems.A good pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is an important guarantee for people's health and society.In addition,with the development of urbanization,the improvement of industrialization and the emergence of aging population,more and more people are paying attention to the internal management and development prospects of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.Throughout the country,most of the pharmaceutical companies are slow in development,and there are problems such as low investment in pharmaceutical research and development,financial management confusion,fierce market competition and so on.With the increasing competition in the pharmaceutical manufacturing market,these enterprises are likely to encounter financial management difficulties,thus facing financial risks.Therefore,it is urgent to study and analyze the control of financial risk in pharmaceutical industry,and put forward solutions and measures.Zixin Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.is a high-tech joint-stock enterprise,some financial problems are prominent in the production process of the enterprise.Based on this,Zixin Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.should not only continuously upgrade in design innovation,technical innovation and other aspects,but also pay more attention to financial risk prevention in the operation and management of the enterprise,so as to ensure the long-term development of the company with a healthy financial system.In this paper,Jilin Zixin pharmaceutical company is selected as the research object.Firstly,based on its financial data and internal financial data in 2014-2018,the current situation of its financial risk is explored,and it is found that there are some problems in financing risk,investment risk,operation risk,income distribution risk,etc.On this basis,it analyzes the influencing factors of financial risk: financing mode,debt scale,solvency,investment decision-making,asset liquidity,income distribution policy,etc.Thirdly,factor analysis is used to evaluate the financial risk of Zixin pharmaceutical.Finally,the corresponding preventive measures are put forward.The purpose of this paper is to improve the financial risk management ability of Zixin pharmaceutical,to deal with the impact and challenges faced by the pharmaceutical industry in the development process,to ensure its stable and healthy development,and to provide some reference for the financial risk prevention of the Chinese pharmaceutical industry.
