Since the new century,with the continuous and steady development of China’s economy,Chinese enterprises have gradually established their foothold in the world.With the steady improvement of China’s economy,the continuous optimization of industrial structure,and the continuous improvement of residents’ consumption ability and consumption level,logistics enterprises have emerged in large numbers,and their development has entered a new era.But with the development of economic globalization,the competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce.Facing the increasingly fierce market competition,how to stand firm in the industry is a problem that every logistics enterprise should consider.A perfect and scientific performance evaluation system can help enterprises to achieve their strategic goals better.It is very important for logistics enterprises to have a set of performance evaluation system suitable for themselves.As a medium-sized logistics enterprise,m logistics company has many problems in the construction of performance evaluation system.Therefore,it is of great significance for the development of M logistics company to establish a performance evaluation system suitable for M logistics company and further optimize performance management so as to better and more scientifically evaluate the strategic performance of the company.In this context,this paper analyzes the application of Balanced Scorecard in performance evaluation at home and abroad.Aiming at M logistics company,this paper studies the construction of performance evaluation system based on Balanced Scorecard.This paper first describes the research background,research significance and research methods.Secondly,it describes the general situation of M logistics company and the current performance evaluation system,including the background of M logistics company,personnel situation and organizational structure.It also analyzes the current situation of M logistics company’s performance evaluation system,including performance evaluation method and content,performanceevaluation organization,evaluation cycle and implementation process of performance evaluation.It finds out the existing problems,such as the disconnection between the evaluation index and the strategy,and the lack of comprehensiveness in the setting of the index.Thirdly,it designs the performance evaluation index of M logistics company.Before the selection of indicators,this paper first analyzes the strategy of M logistics company,including the decomposition of objectives and the drawing of strategic map,and makes preparations for the construction of performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard.It expounds the principles of selecting indicators and selects the evaluation indicators of all dimensions of M logistics company.The next step is to determine the index weight of the evaluation system,construct the index system,and determine the weight of each dimension by layer through the chromatography analysis method.Finally,the paper expounds the effect prediction and guarantee measures of M logistics company’s application of balanced scorecard.I hope to provide some reference for other enterprises in the logistics industry through the research and analysis of M logistics company.
