After the year 2000,as the resual of high-speed economic growth,the rise on resident consume and improvement of internet facilities constraction had led to the great rise of internet accessibility and provided an excellent circumstance for chinese e-business companies to grow.Then in the years around 2010,smart phones' suddenly broke into people's life and shift at least half of the consumers from computer to mobile phone,lowered the threshold of access and pushed those companies' development at the same time.After years' high-speed development,the present domestic market is in a rat race,the competition is mainly among few oligarch enterprises.So for either small companies or big enterprises,entering international market is becoming a more and more important way to increase income.The thesis studied the the three most important factors:Platform?payment and logistics that are essential to the international layout of cross-border ecommerce.Study has showd that entering international market requires doing the international layout for these companies.At present time,there are some platforms that have coverd the main market and beening highly recognised by comsumers,and their constructions on payment and logistic are also rising rapidly.Therefore the method of investment differs from the present situation and characteristic of the three factors.By studying SEA's e-commerce market,I analysed the main charactors of platform ? payment and logistic.For the platform,as there are already some competitive competitor,if one wants to enter the market and raise up its market share,M&A and capital invest are better choices.Developing payment system is limited to some degree,so capital invest and joint venture are more suitable for the companies.In contrast,logistic demands less on ownership,as long as the third party logistic meet the demond of the development of e-business whthin the market,strategic cooperation can be used,so capital investment may be the main method towards logistic construction.By analysing the series of investment of Alibaba in Southeast Asia,I found that not only the invest pattern but also these companies were highly coordinated:First,there are more than 1 pattern on investment for all the three factors.Companies can benefit from the fast entrance;on the other hand,these moves accumulate knowledge and experience for those companies who focus on brands and qualifications in the long run.Second,those companies being invested can be better coordinated to the whole industry chain by focusing on its original production,esspecially for electronic payment in the coming era of internet,besides,synergistic effect of geography can accelerate the synergistic process on business.This thesis is a deep research based on Southeast Asia and Alibaba,there are three conclusions:first,the international layout for e-business should confirm corresponding entering pattern for platform?payment and logistic;second,platform and payment are the most important fields,companies should consider taking its control right through M&A or capital investment,meanwhile logitstic is not that necessary to be seen as primary strategy.
