Analysis Of Factors Affecting Farmers' Willingness To Plant Soybeans In Hulunbeier City

Soybean,native(originated)to China,is one of the important food crops in China,which has been cultivated for five thousand years.Therefore,soybean plays an important role in grain production in China.The first document of the Central Committee in 2020 pointed out that we should increase support for high-yield soybean varieties and new agronomical extension of corn and soybean intercropping,and continue to implement the Soybean Revitalization Plan contained in the first document of the Central Committee in 2019.The outline of the 13th five-year Plan for the Grain Industry in Inner Mongolia requires guiding the adjustment of soybean planting structure,increasing the cultivation of non-genetically modified soybeans,and continuing to reform the collection and storage system of soybeans and soybeans to form a price system.Due to the growth of market demand for soybean oil and soybean meal in China,the competitiveness of domestic soybean market is low.In order to make up for the gap of soybean demand,China's imported soybean began to grow.In recent years,China's dependence on imported soybeans is as high as 90.China mainly imports soybeans from the United States and Brazil,but with the friction of trade between China and the United States,the supply of domestic soybeans is insufficient.Therefore,how to respond positively to the call of the state,around the agricultural supply-side reform,to achieve reduce corn,increase soybeans,mainly lies in the growing willingness of farmers to grow soybeans.Through the analysis of the influencing factors of farmers willingness to grow soybean,it is helpful to better grasp the production motivation of farmers and guide farmers to adjust the planting structure reasonably and actively.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to stabilize food security.On the basis of literature review and theoretical analysis,this paper firstly analyzes the current situation of soybean planting in Hulunbeier City,and studies and develops:through the national soybean subsidy policy,the scale of soybean planting is expanding,the yield of soybean is increasing,and the purchase price of soybean market remains stable.Based on the agricultural data of 2010-2019 in Hulunbeier City,a binary logistic econometric model was established to analyze the factors such as soybean producer subsidy,soybean yield per mu,the proportion of soybean income to household income,the age of head of household,the price of soybean sales,the number of agricultural labor force of households and whether or not they suffered from natural disasters.The results showed that the higher the subsidy amount of soybean producers,the higher the yield per unit of soybean,the larger the proportion of soybean income to household income,the higher the sales price,the smaller the number of family labor force and the older the farmers willingness to grow soybean.The more the number of natural disasters and the higher the average cost per mu,the weaker the farmers willingness to grow soybean.
