Study On The Demand Influencing Factors Of Agricultural Socialization Services About Large Grain-planting Farmers

Agricultural socialization service is the need that each kind of agricultural production management unit market economy.The socialized service of agriculture is a socialized form of agricultural economic organization that obtains the specialized division of labor and the scale benefit of intensive service.Agricultural socialization service is an indispensable force to support agricultural development.Since 2004,the Party central committee and the state council have issued a number of "no.1 documents" to "improve the system of socialized agricultural services".At the same time,with the continuous acceleration of the process of land transfer,large grain growers began to rise,which represents the development direction of modern agriculture in our country.Supporting its development has become an important way for our country to improve the level of comprehensive grain production and realize agricultural modernization.However,with the continuous improvement of agricultural production scale,standardization and intensification,the demand for agricultural social services is also changing accordingly.The current level of agricultural socialization service has been unable to meet the needs of large grain farmers for socialization service.At the same time,despite the rapid development of socialized agricultural services,there are still problems such as insufficient institutional supply,imperfect system,unreasonable supply and demand structure,backward "total factor" service,and unbalanced service field and so on.Therefore,it has become an urgent practical problem to further improve the existing agricultural socialization service system,meet the increasing diversification and the demand of high-standard agricultural socialization service of large grain farmers,and provide more effective support for their production and operation.Based on the survey data of 124 households in 6 cities in Zhejiang province,this paper has studied the influence of the demand characteristics and influencing factors of agricultural socialization services about large grain-planting farmers from the microcosmic level.Firstly,descriptive statistical method is used to analyze the questionnaire survey data of 124 large grain-growing households in zhejiang province,and summarize the characteristics of agricultural socialization service demand of large grain growing households.Secondly,through literature review and theoretical research,the author constructs a theoretical analysis framework of influencing factors of agricultural socialization service demand of large grain farmers.Thirdly,considering the characteristics of person,the characteristics of the family,the characteristics of grain planting and the characteristics of the factors of land transfer,it uses the ordered logic model to study the factors affecting agricultural socialization services.Finally,this paper draws the conclusion and puts forward the policy suggestion.We find that: There is a certain difference in the satisfaction evaluation of the main suppliers of agricultural socialized services.Large grain-planting farmers have a strong desire for capital and credit services and agricultural insurance services.We find that,for the demand of agricultural material supply service,the education level have a positive impact;age,whether to own a part-time work,land transfer price have a negative impact.For the demand of agricultural information service,the education level,area of arable land have a positive impact;whether to own a part-time work,the number of household agricultural labor have a negative impact.For the demand of agricultural technical service,area of arable land have a positive impact;age,whether to own a part-time work,the number of household agricultural labor have a negative impact.For the demand of agricultural technical service,area of arable land a positive impact;age,whether to own a part-time work,the number of household agricultural labor have a negative impact.For the demand of capital and credit service,gender,whether to participate in cooperatives,the proportion of grain income in household income,area of arable land,land transfer price have a positive impact;the education level have a negative impact.For the demand of agricultural insurance services,gender,the education level,the proportion of grain income in household income,area of arable land have a positive impact;whether to own a part-time work,land transfer years have a negative impact.For the demand for agricultural machinery services,the education level have a positive impact;age,whether to own a part-time work,the number of household agricultural labor,land transfer price have a negative impact.According to this,some policy Suggestions are put forward to promote the production and operation of large grain-planting farmers.
