The pharmaceutical industry runs through the integration of the first,second and third industries,and is known as the “everlasting sunrise industry”.In recent years,with its superior natural endowment,Xiangxi Prefecture regards the pharmaceutical industry as a new economic growth point in the poverty-stricken areas of the country,continuously increases policy support,and fully taps the potential of the regional pharmaceutical industry.The pharmaceutical industry has shown a good momentum of development.However,the pharmaceutical industry in Xiangxi has a slow start and weak foundation,and its development is still not significant.How to promote the overall strength of the pharmaceutical industry in Xiangxi,tap the regional superior resources and industrial characteristics,and achieve sustainable development of the pharmaceutical industry has become an important issue to be solved urgently.Through the analysis of the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper understands the related research and the latest progress of the pharmaceutical industry.Based on the theory of industrial chain and competitive advantage,according to the actual situation of Xiangxi Prefecture's pharmaceutical industry,combined with the "Xiangxi Statistical Yearbook" and "Hunan Statistical Yearbook" and other data materials,the Porter Diamond Model is used to analyze the status quo and further clarify The pharmaceutical industry in Xiangxi has the conditions for sustainable development.In order to more accurately propose countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of the pharmaceutical industry in Xiangxi,based on the Porter diamond model,industry chain theory,relevant literature and expert advice,select the evaluation indicators from the three aspects of basic factors,internal factors and environmental factors,and use the analytic hierarchy process-experts The scoring method is used to construct the evaluation model of the competitiveness of the pharmaceutical industry in Xiangxi,and empower the indicators and conduct a one-time inspection.Finally,through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the competitiveness of the pharmaceutical industry in Xiangxi is measured,and the industry is in a weak state.Then the scores of each index are multiplied by the weights,and the order of importance and competition of each criterion layer is obtained.Force level,extract weak indicators for analysis,and propose targeted countermeasures.Research shows that the pharmaceutical industry in Xiangxi is at a weaker level of competitiveness.From the perspective of the components of competitiveness,the competitiveness of research and development,innovation,management,policy environment,national medical culture,inheritance and protection are particularly low,resulting in low overall competitiveness.To this end,the author aimed at weakening the competitiveness of the pharmaceutical industry in Xiangxi,focusing on the industrial development environment,the core competitiveness of enterprises,the market share of products,the cultivation of national medicine,and other aspects,from the government to support,increase research and development efforts,marketing strategy upgrades.Some suggestions on promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the pharmaceutical industry in Xiangxi are proposed from the perspective of highlighting the advantages and advantages.
