Research On The Development Mechanism Of The Integration Of Agriculture And Tourism Industry

The Party's 18th Congress incorporated the construction of ecological civilization into the overall layout of "five-in-one" socialism with Chinese characteristics,and"beautiful China" became a new goal for the Chinese nation.The Nineteenth National Congress of the Party proposes to speed up the reform of the ecological civilization system and build a beautiful China,and also points out that "the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the issue of agricultural and rural peasants are fundamental issues related to the national economy and people's livelihood,and the solution of the 'three rural issues' must always be the top priority of the work of the entire Party",which reflects the basic requirements of China's modernization construction.In the context of the rural revitalization strategy,the "two mountain theory" has been firmly established and practiced,an ecological civilization has been built,and efforts have been made to explore paths and mechanisms for the integrated development of the agricultural and tourism industries.In terms of theoretical research,this paper starts from the connotation and extension of the integration of agriculture and tourism industries,applies the theoretical foundations such as industrial integration theory,industrial chain theory,symbiosis theory and sustainable development theory,and adopts the logical sequence of "driving force,path and effect" to construct the theoretical analysis framework of the integrated development mechanism of agriculture and tourism industries from the three aspects of "driving mechanism,operating mechanism and interaction mechanism",and then specifically demonstrates the five driving forces that promote the integrated development of agriculture and tourism industries,the connotation of changes in the industrial chain at various stages of integration and the interaction effect of integration.In terms of empirical research,data on the total output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fisheries and total revenue from tourism from 2005 to 2018 were selected from Taishan City,Guangdong Province,to study the background of the integration of agriculture and tourism industries in agricultural parks,and to quantitatively analyze the integration and interaction between agriculture and tourism;then,using Taishan China Agricultural Park as an example,to analyze its development status,and to qualitatively analyze the drivers,paths and effects of industrial integration using the model of"power-run-interaction" integration development mechanism,and finally to propose policy recommendations to improve the government mechanism,increase the application of digital technology and improve the industrial chain.
